A wonderful and clean hotel in the heart on downtown Cleveland
It's a shame to see the old arcade so dormant. It was once so vibrant and alive with people and businesses.
Great stay, gave us the best care and service possible. The receptionist was so polite and helpful. Phenomenal woman
The meal at the Chocolate Bar was delicious and the service was great.
Rooms are clean and the location is great for any event in downtown Cleveland.
Rooms were located in a good area, and the rooms were basic.
Clean and convenient location. Amazing service. Highly recommended. This hotel is near all the places downtown. Rooms are spacious.
View of the Arcade was awesome. Room was remodeled nicely.
Clean and moderns rooms. Made me feel very welcome.
The Arcade was a wonderous sight accompanied by some performers that were singing carols
Turn of the century classy. Many shops, salons and restaurants and accessible without leaving the premises although there is so much within walking distance to experience. Clean and up to date rooms with just about any amenity you can imagine. Excellent place for events or just an overnight stay.
If you stay here, make sure your room isn't near the elevator, it very loud. My room had red stains in the carpet, but the "mall" is a nice bonus. Lots of options for food.
I was at the Hyatt Regency for a runner's packet pick up expo. The building is pretty and it's a nice use of an old space.
Beautiful arcade, good service and pricing in the hotel, only downside was quite a bit of street noise in the room
I had my personal property stolen from me which I then later found inside a maids cart. I attempted to make someone aware of this situation but was dismissed. I appear to be much younger than I actually am and because of this I am somewhat used to poor service but this has to be the worst hotel experience of my life. I have done a great deal of traveling in my life and have stayed at 5 star hotels and I have also stayed at 1 star motels in the middle of Appalachian Kentucky that costs $19.99 a night when I had to have my vehicle emergency repaired. For me to say this was the worst experience means it was in fact a horrendous experience. My room had used feminine products in the trashcan and there was literally a pile of french-fries on the floor.
I stayed in one of the supposedly top rooms in the hotel, if this is the case then I would suggest not staying here and finding another hotel.
Small issue with noise in our first room. Matt from guest services was more than accommodating, moved us to another. No hassle whatsoever.
Beautiful location, prompt and polite service. Room with an arcade view had a mini fridge, but strangely no microwave. Nobody wants cold leftovers. Overall nice though
When I landed I went online and said I would arrive at 1pm. The first room was not ready so I was put into another room. That was a mess but the staff was quick to correct the situation. Parking is valet only. The water in the fridge had a tag on it that said it was complimentary. When I checked out they charged me for the water. I asked the woman at the front desk about the water and she basically brushed me off and said that they were not free.
This was my first stay in a Hyatt Regency and it will more then likely be the last. With so many hotels near by I would not recommend to stay here.
Great location, beautiful building, and all the amenities I needed.
incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, clean rooms, and an amazing location right across from east 4th. would stay again
Interior was beautiful, staff was friendly ans the rooms were spacious. However, the doors are thin and hallways we're noisy. An event (wedding) was going on in the main lobby and music and speeches continued until nearly midnight. We had a room on the outside of the 5th floor and could still hear the music clearly. This wasn't a major issue but it was an annoyance.
Beautiful building! And all of the staff has been very nice. Fitness room is big and clean.
This is hands down the nicest hotel I ve ever stayed in. Everything about it is grandiose and dreamy - like the set of a movie - an it could be, as it retains its charm from its Victorian 1890 build. So uniquely awesome, the rooms have huge wooden blinds on the exterior living room that face the arcade on one side and the amazing view of the city through the floor to ceiling windows on the other. Rooms are massive; sized like a large studio apartment, complete with two of the largest TVs I ve ever seen in a hotel. Bathroom was majestic; I really liked the design of the sink. Pharmacopeia bath products were unique and refreshing. The motion activated LED accent lighting under the bedside tables was something I haven t seen before. Love the vaulted ceilings and color scheme as well. This hotel was really hard to leave. I ll definitely be back on leisure when the world has resumed normal activities. Thanks to the amazing team at this property that keep it so perfect and picturesque.
Very nice. Crazy fancy, nice staff. Construction makes it difficult to walk a bit, but that isn't their fault
Beautiful space. Saw Bw's production of Serse, stunning place to see an opera.
Classic historical beautiful place I always loved walking through this was my first time ever inside the hotel extremely exactly what I expected great
Hotel was beautiful and clean. Staff were courteous and allowed us to keep bags in a secure location while at a meeting. Unfortunately for three hours the bags were left out unattended, not as safe as previously told. If there, check out the chocolate martini bar on the other side of the building. Delicious!
Omar the valet was great to deal with and super friendly! Will be back.
Beautiful building! Lots of character. Close to nightly entertainment and great restaurants.
Been here several times for company meetings. Great historic building, rooms are clean and staff is there to help. Location could not be any better. Close to some great restaurants for the entire family.
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HoteIRaven. com Booked a room here and they had the cheapest rates around...
The $30 daily fee for valet/garage is worth it. I was a little unhappy with online pics of the place but my room is amazing. The first room did not keed my needs but that was quickly rectified and was moved. Staff is amazing but communication could be improved with relaying messages. If your including breakfast with your stay be prepared for a small meal. Despite working on rooms during our stay is was still peaceful . enjoy your stay
One of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed in. It was bliss. Perfect for a convention In Cleveland !!!!
Stopped here for lunch. Great shops in a great setting!
Clean rooms in an interesting location. Plenty to do around but it can be a bit loud late into the night because of the activity.
Really beautiful atrium with dazzling lights. The rooms are somewhat unique with the wooden shades and high ceilings (suites). Enjoyed the accommodations. Found everything refined and comfortable.
Was there as part of a bridal party for wedding pictures. This iconic Cleveland building is stunningly beautiful. The hotel staff was very cordial and accommodating, ensuring that passersby were not in our photos. If you're looking for a beautiful location for a photo shoot, this is definitely it!
The Hyatt Regency is in an arcade and we attended a beautiful wedding reception there. The decor was gorgeous. The venue was the Victorian style arcade which was beautiful. The ambience was excellent, but the acoustics were not good due to the high ceiling. Also, pedestrians were walking through the venue during the reception which was weird. The food and service were excellent.
Beautiful hotel with a very hospitable staff! We were in town for a wedding and we were well accommodated during our stay!
Love the history and architecture. However our room was by an establishment playing loud music that wasn't ideal for our appointment the next day.
Perfect stay! Everything was way better than I even expected. So clean, neat, and great amenities! Nick at the front desk was beyond kind. I will 100% be back here. I stayed at a hotel in Cleveland last week by the casino and it was terrible. I wish I would have known about this one before because I would have had a way better time! The building is so unique and I have zero complaints!
Amazing views, amazing front desk. Nick treated us very well. We had a blast and it's super close to all kinds of activities! The inside of this hotel is phenomenal. I have stayed at many places but this one has by far been my favorite. It won't be the last time we come here
Parking service was poor. Room and service was good
Older hotel. Nicely renovated. Beautiful interior. Took a star off for double beds. Two queens should be the standard for this kind of property.
I have special needs and Called The Hyatt to make sure they got accommodate my needs. They said it was not a problem and it would not have to worry about it.
I get there and a lady and a guy told me they could not accommodate me and if they have never done this in the pasta. I politely called and told them I talked to _______ and that it was prearranged and everything was OK. They refuse to, date me. It really bothers me because they said they would do it and I called specifically for the help.
Very nice place, great service from the staff. Close to almost anything in downtown Cleveland
Very nice place. No pool. It is a beautiful place. Very close to local eats and drinks. Walking distance to handfuls of places.
Rooms are nice the view isn't to great and windows are filthy and can hardly see out them. The bathroom had dirty brown imprints on the towels, some of the mirror was dirty from someone's toothpaste. Table's in the room were filthy and we had to scrub them ourselves. Black Garbage bag left with a note to clean your room empty trash. So at this point I'm wondering what the maid does? Very noisy through the whole hotel. We went to bed at midnight and people were still loud talking going on in hallways. Free breakfast im not sure about yet but there's 2 wedding parties here the restaurant isn't that big so I'm thinking we are going to wait forever to get food or none at all
Great place to stay. Free breakfast is a little lacking and confusing but the rooms are nice
Great location and comfortable beds. The self-parking was a little bit of a hassle to get to.
Great unique atmosphere, an charm from another time still lingers here. My husband chose this location for a 3 day weekend for my birthday. It's within walking distance if a few parks and a few attractions like HOB and Hilarities just across the street! The beds are pretty firm, but they were comfortable. I would definitely come for a visit again.
Beautiful space that it occupies right inside the arcade. In terrific walking distance to all the major downtown attractions and eateries. Even had the door held open on the way in. Excellent service
It was amazing! It's so clean and up to date. The location is perfect for Cavs and Indians games.
My wife and I had booked a weeks stay in Cleveland for our anniversary and upon arrival we were greeted with very friendly staff. That is where the positive experience ended. Upon arrival we were hit with a surprise fee that was understandable, but throughout our stay they continued to keep taking that same fee out of my bank account every single night sometimes twice a night. We had budgeted for this trip very tightly and with all of these charges we were in a tight spot money wise. Upon noticing these charges we contacted the management who had no idea why this was happening (which is troubling). Their solution was to remove our cards from the system and wait 3-5 business days for the money to be reimbursed. The very next morning two more charges had come out and my account was now overdrawn because of the size of these charges. The hotel offered us no further help so we had to simply check out because we literally could not afford to eat which we informed the hotel of. They gave us some halfhearted apologies and offered a cheap bottle of wine. Our anniversary was incredibly stressful and our week away became a two night stay (which they charged us for!) because of the complete failure of understanding by the staff here. Upon being refunded MOST of our money they have now taken more money out of my wife's account and overdrawn her account as well as mine. I will never return to this place and recommend others be very wary of staying here. The financial strains are going to effect myself and my wife for weeks to come.
My girlfriend and I stayed here after a concert we attended at the House of Blues across the street. It's a gorgeous building with plenty of amenities, very friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms.
The arcade is beautiful. Did not come close to feeling as plush as the cost would have you expect.
Absolutely wonderful historic beautiful hotel. If you like the roaring 20's era you need to see this hotel. It's one of the most beautiful hotels I've seen and stayed at in years and I travel a lot. Don't miss this.
Beautiful hotel! Clean and comfortable room! So close to entertainment.
Great room and great staff. Comfy rooms and good food in the lobby bar/restaurant. Connected to casino so you don t have to go outside if that s your destination.
I love this hotel! The Arcade is an historic landmark and architectural gem in the heart of the city. Hyatt managed to successfully incorporate contemporary rooms into the Arcade s former storefronts. Another bonus: pet friendly!
We checked in late after a long drive and Eunice was there to assist us at the lobby. She was so kind and gave us such a warm introduction to our stay in Cleveland! Great staff!
Not to mention the building, the clean and modern rooms, the location. Everything about this hotel is fantastic.
Much love to the Hyatt from Canada!
Housekeeping never showed up had to empty our own trash.Would have been nice to have another chair in the room.Had a Got view room which was nice and location is good close to many attractions.
Very nice rooms. Had a city view and the window is a cool tall window. Shower was very nice too. Didn't have a microwave. Also had a stain on the rug and the wall I'm hoping I don't get blamed for because they also took a security deposit they didn't tell us about in the price on the website. Overall good stay though
Great hotel ! Friendly service and impeccable rooms!
LOVED our visit. Room just needed a lot of minor repairs/change out lights that were out. Customer service was amazing and the room was fabulous otherwise.
Visited a friend who was staying there for Saint Patrick's day. Beautiful hotel and definitely a cool place to hang out.
Great service. Great location. Walking distance to nice restaurants, Progressive Field, Brown's Stadium, Rock and Roll HOF.
