Great location, room was clean and quiet. The coffee shop next door is phenomenal.
Great location, room was clean and quiet. The coffee shop next door is phenomenal.
The room was nice despite the small size. The bathrooms need some general cleaning but otherwise it was pretty good.
It was nice, but they had a huge party that went on until after 11 and we were trying to sleep.
Room didn't have a view but otherwise everything else was great.
I am BLOWN AWAY!!! This place is stunning the pictures dont do it justice. I am so happy I chose this location and hotel chain. I am usually at the Marriott but something told me to look around, And I am so glad that I did. Everything here was fantastic from the ease of parking to checking in, the room service, and the staff is more than courteous and knowledgeable on the area and things to do!
Not only is the hotel located in a historical gem, its also in the perfect part of town for bar hopping, restaurants and history get up early enough and you feel like you have the city to yourself.
I will forever come back. All I see is BLACK EXCELLENCE here. I love it
Surprised my husband with a one night staycation at the Hyatt as a Valentine's gift. Beautiful room. Friendly staff. Perfect location. Great price. We'll definitely be back.
Beautiful hotel with super comfortable beds. Felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Downside was parking which was pretty expensive. Coffee shop attached to the hotel had really good muffins.
Great location !! Comfy beds with clean generous sized rooms.
Cannot say enough amazing things regarding the front desk staff and event planning staff! I held my small wedding ceremony at the venue, and the staff was absolutely amazing. They covered every detail, were very attentive, and constantly available for communication both leading up to the event and throughout the night. Highly recommend both for events and for hotel stay!
Large rooms with high ceilings. Close to lots of walkable restaurants. Neat building (arcade)
Room did not have refrigerator or microwave. Good service overall.
The hotel is located in a 19th Century building central to downtown Cleveland. It's perfectly located for most attractions. The rooms are nice and the staff is as well.
Absolutely beautiful hotel and centrally located. Staff was extremely helpful. Highly recommend
Absolutely fantastic hotel! The staff was very friendly and the rooms were massive, yet clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cleveland.
Such a gorgeous venue for a hotel, fantastic front desk help from Amy, and close to lots of restaurants!
Could be a fantastic.place - needs rennovation and possiblly better management
Smaller, but cozy bar with friendly wait staff and hood drink prices.
Nice rooms and courteous staff. Inside the rooms was comfortable but hallways and lobby were humid.
Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Noisy at night due to weddings (until 11pm) and bar crowd down the street (until bars close) so depending on your room's location and the time of your stay you may have to tolerate that.
AWESOME hotel located in an old building. Inside was great to have coffee in the next morning.
Room temperature not working.
Worst room with window views blocked with other building right next to it.
TV brightness so low and can t change it.
Went to pizza 216 in the arcade for dinner and drinks before a watch party. Service was great and the food was even better!
Loved my short stay...great building, nice rooms, excellent location and service was first class.
Amazingly beautiful. You can feel and she'll the history in the air. It felt like walking back into time soon as I entered the entranceway. Staff was warm and inviting. Definitely coming back again soon!!!
Friendly staff and great location, but underwhelming rooms. Clean but not upgraded. Wallpaper peeling.
Had a great staycation a couple of weekends ago! We are getting married there next spring and wanted to check out the venue and rooms to get a feel for it. It was a three wedding weekend so lots to see! Our room looked over the atrium which is beautiful!
The only issue we had was with our key cards - they get demagnetized very easily, and since you need them to get on and operate the elevators, it was a bit of an inconvenience. It happened once with my fiance's magnet in money clip and then it happened again with what we thought was a very weak magnet - a calder cup replica schedule for the monsters that we received at the game. Other wise, it was great experience at prime location downtown!
Very clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms. The best staff we've encountered in a long time.
Nicely appointed room with a great view of East 4th district in downtown. Very nice staff and facility.
Fantastic customer service. They out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Price is more then reasonable and the rooms are spacious. The hotels could use some updates and that was only reason for 4 stars
Rooms are average for this quality of hotel but the atmosphere is amazing
Ate at 1890 restaurant, staff was great and food was delicious! Reasonable prices
My go to, first choice when visiting the city for work or sporting events. City view and arcade rooms are always fantastic. The architecture of the arcade makes the Hyatt the most unique in town. Staff is always fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter with room service well after closing. Made her day! Cleanliness is always top notch (I'm a certified pain in the...on this topic). Location is walking distance to The Jake, The Q and local restaraunts.
The service is nice and the workers are very helpful. It's in an area with great places to eat nearby and it's great to walk around and explore.
Very cool old building with cool architecture. Staff was nice. Lots of cool little places to eat only a short walk. Was there on a Monday so downtown was kind of dead though. Probably very cool when hopping on a nice summer weekend.
I loved The Arcade. It was a gorgeous building and it was an excellent location. I'm giving the Hyatt a poor review because the shampoo in the bathroom was almost empty like it had been used. The tub had hairs in it, and when we called housekeeping about it they spritzed the tub and told us there were cracks in the tub, not hairs. When I went back in after it had been "cleaned" there were still about 8 hours in the tub. Pretty gross.
The place is gorgeous! I enjoyed seeing all the shops it had to provide.
Wedding party in Arcade was very loud very late. Up til 4am. Reserved a queen was given a king. Did not tell me up front, instead gave me the room and I guess hoped I wouldn't notice.
Excellent staff, historic property, clean room, good food/drink, unique experience.
They have a very nice parking garage. Clean, easy to access from East 4th and a reasonable fee.
The Arcade is an amazing building, and the rooms don't disappoint either. Weddings downstairs on the weekends might get loud, but they're good about switching rooms.
Beautiful and historic space. Relatively quiet and very clean.
Beautiful and historical building in the heart of the downtown night life. Close proximity to all sports arenas and the casino, all in walking distance.
Very polite and helpful staff, room was as to be expected as far as cleanliness goes.
Amazing stay. I love the antique design of the hotel, and it was decorated for the holidays. The room that I booked did not match the description of what I was going to be in, it was changed with no problem. Excellent customer service!
Love staying at the Hyatt Regency at the arcade. Regal Old hotel with beautiful finishes and a great location. Being connected to the arcade is a huge bonus cuz you have access to several restaurants and indoor walkway to the next block as well. Definitely would stay here again.
Great location and service. Rooms can appear tobe a little dated but I think that adds to the charm as the hotel has a very iconic, old school look to it. Overall recommended.
Great environment. Had to request e times for roll away bed to be delivered,
Beautiful and interest hotel. Had a nice breakfast with friendly staff.
Great beautiful hotel! Loved it. Will stay there whenever I go to Cleveland.
I've stayed a few times and it's OK. Staff is friendly and hotel is clean. Last time there was a wedding and it's just so loud with the music, especially when you have an early convention in the AM and the wedding goes until midnight.
Stayed here for a wedding and had a fantastic time. The venue is beautiful and the wait staff goes out of their way to accommodate you. The hotel rooms had a few small issues such as stains on the couch, a broken iron and surprisingly no robes, but overall it's a great place to stay and in a very trendy area of Clevaland.
This building is absolutely stunning and the sales team and staff are so kind and accommodating! They made planning our time at The Arcade so smooth during the stress of wedding planning and we knew we were in good hands the entire time. I highly recommend this team for your event needs.
The arcade has a great history behind it, and it shows with how the arcade itself looks. I wish more of the shops were full and some more of the detail work restored, but there are some really good places to eat and gather
What a cool hotel and some great rooms. Location is great. Very unique experience. Highly recommended.
Interesting building design, good atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay there.
Completely wasted. Not sure if I was there at wrong time (4pm) but everything was closed. Location was really nice just couldn't enjoy it.
Great hotel! Arcade is beautiful and rooms were classy!
$210 for a night you get 100 back very lovely very clean
Amazing place to stay. Great spot downtown with history and beautiful architecture.
Rooms were elegantly decorated and extremely clean. However they were very small for the king size bed and there was no fan in the bathroom. Only one window opened in the room and it had no screen. Our room view was the parking garage. Customer service bellhops all other perks excellent.
I picked the hotel for the convenience of being downtown and attached to stores....however they were all vacant.
The staff was nice.
However, I was given a handicapped room...and I did not reserve it, I didn't need it. The hotel was not full so I do not know why I was given that room.
The room was not clean. As soon as I looked at the bed, it honestly looked like a 3 year old made the bed. I sat down and the bed felt like it was in pieces. I had two queens so I sat on the other bed and it was just as bad. I thought this was a 4 star hotel. When you are traveling all you want to do is take a shower and lay in a comfy bed.
I showered in a huge handicapped shower which had water all of the floor when I got out and I could not sleep in a bed that was at least 10 years old.
I did address the issues and they said they would take note of it....Great Thanks for helping me out.
I will not return....nor would I suggest this place for business professionals.
Ate the 1890 at the Hyatt. Good food, decent service, very nice restaurant
