So. The hotel is charming in levels, pampering, fun pool, gym, nice people, great food ... but ... must be, but right? The day before the flight back, while I was packing and checking how much money we had left for the last day and if I had to exchange euros for dinner, I was surprised to find that ... 40 euros were missing. really. I must point out that I have never experienced theft in hotels, and when you see this hotel then the last thing you think about is someone stealing from you, but ... that's the truth. They stole 40 euros from us - and there is, of course, no proof of that. It's true that there is a safe in the room, and what an obscure I was not using it, but all this in retrospect ... who even thinks about it on vacation? And it was only when I returned to Israel and completely unpacked the suitcase that I discovered that my perfume vial was also missing. True, it only cost 33 shekels at Central Station, but I really liked it and did not see any more there.
So yes, I felt offended that someone had suddenly penetrated me like that into the suitcase and rummaged there as he pleased, I was angry at myself for believing in such a dignified appearance, and that I just ... believed in people.
Conclusions? Next time do not believe the sight of eyes and yes, use the safe as if I were some millionaire (and maybe that's how I would feel a little millionaire too ... ha). And as I personally said, so that I can stop tormenting myself, money goes and money comes, and we would like to believe that maybe those 40 euros helped a very, very needy family ... (Blessed is the believer ...).

I've stayed that hotel in three weeks. Hotel management is perfect, people are sincere, breakfasts maybe good but their meals were very salty and not good, activities are not en ugh. cant take breath. Because it hasn't got any balcony and far away from the city center

Quite expensive and not the perfect place if you want to feel the Serbian atmosphere. Very western oriented. The restaurant servers international kitchen which is a drawback if you like Serbian traditional meat dishes. Otherwise the rooms are spacy and clean and the spa is really nice.

Hyatt Regency is one of the most famous hotels in Belgrade. Not only does it attract attention with its appearance but it also provides guests with various services. The pool, gym, ceremonial rooms, relaxation rooms and beautiful interior will not leave anyone indifferent. It is located in a good location, the staff is very friendly. Hotel great for organizing all kinds of conferences and events. Staff extremely friendly and professional. Near the largest shopping mall in Serbia, and near the old part of Belgrade.

The hotel is overall amazing! I was super happy with my room, spacy, quiet, very clean with so many conveniences. From the best rooms I have stayed to. Highly recommend the pool and sauna, facilities were clean and relaxing and everything was provided. Be aware though that sauna and steam rooms are not mixed (so you can't go with your partner- unless you're homosexual couple). Hotel staff was overall very friendly and the food from the room service was great. The dinner at the 7th floor wasn't that great for my taste and limited but still good. If there's space for improvement it would be the breakfast. It was rich but food was somewhat randomly distributed in several corners, food was mostly good but often unlabeled and there was no coffee after 10 even though breakfast is open until 10.30 but you can still order a coffee.
Overall highly recommended hotel and a very pleasant stay!

One of the most popular hotels in Serbia, very good service, reasonable prices for a 5 star hotel. Really pleasnt personel, I have nothing bad to say for it at the current moment.
