Very busy lots of good bargains sorry know photos was carried away with the shopping

More expensive high fashion shopping here. As other reviews show, can be overpriced, but there is a huge selection to choose from and staff are always helpful.

Got what we wanted, the girl in Kurt Geiger concession was very helpful, bubbly and pleasant

Today I was served by Sasha at Chanel. I was looking for a new fragrance, she was incredibly attentive and very professional. Sasha made me feel at ease and listened to what I was looking for in a fragrance. She got it spot on!
I will definitely be back to try out other Chanel products. Sasha is amazing and I'll back to see her very soon.

Lovely department store. Has a wide selection of clothes and helpful and friendly staff. The decorative lights are also nice inside.

Very good place for luxury clothing. Some parts of building might need maintenance (especially stairs and floor next to ladies toilet).

Large well known shop with central situation for transport. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Over three floors of designer labels and a Costa to stop for a rest whist shopping

Expensive shops. But some great deals in the sales. Looks amazing at Christmas and lovely just to walk around

Better selection than most retail outlets in Glasgow

Huge store, with friendly staff, and a great selection of beauty products and fashion. I could have spent the whole day here, rather than just a couple of hours. Worth a trip to Glasgow for this one store on its own!

Love this shop, so many different retailers under one roof. Would be.nice if the ladies floor was modernised like the men's floor below. But the other floors are very well decorated.

Amazing variety off products and great customer service

It's a huge store having big brands, it's in the heart of Glasgow city center, in front of St Enoch mall. This have MK, GUCCI, CHANNEL and all.

Always a fantastic experience. Friendly staff and great bargains.

Had a stopover in gin71 in Fraser's which was very enjoyable during my shopping. Good service from the bar staff as well some lovely drinks. Stewart Lager is very nice.

Undoubtedly Glasgow's Best High end clothing store. Endless selection of Designer wear and super helpful staff.

As regular and loyal customers over many years, my wife and I have always enjoyed the shopping experience associated with your Glasgow store in Buchanan Street.
On the afternoon of Wednesday 15 January 2020, we had the opportunity to visit again searching for bargains amongst your sale items. We found some to our liking and eagerly snapped them up and took them to the nearest cash point in one of the Ladies-wear departments. Your sales assistant was Wilma Gray.
Our normal good shopping experience in your store was further enhanced by the exceptional customer service provided by her. Not only was she polite, friendly and ultra professional in her attitude towards us, she also took great care to prepare and fold the items we had bought ready for packing in our HOF plastic bag. When she learned that we sending our purchases to family in Canada, she went the extra mile with additional wrapping for greater protection.
Wilma is the epitome of the good Scottish, caring sales professional, the like of which is hard to find in retail shopping these days. She is a credit to herself, her department and to the remaining House of Fraser stores throughout the country. Treat her well, qualities like hers don't show up very often.

Is the only place that you can buy perfume that you can't get in other shops.

Good/exceptional parts but other parts starting to look like sports direct

Beautiful old fashioned department store, certainly a dying breed! Fashion, bags, makeup and jewellery to your hearts content (mostly designer)

You wouldn't tell House of Fraser has been through financial trouble when you walk through this store, which I believe is the original or one of the oldest HoF stores. Worth visiting, as the building keeps some of the old decorations and furniture.

In hot day place is getting very stuffy. No air on the higher levels. So unfortunate as the stock is realy good.

Great range of products, quite cheap aswell especially for high end stuff.

Very historic building from the outside and inside perspectives. Due to have a new owner sometime in the future. Situated on the pedestrianised area of Buchanan Street, Glasgow.

Frasers makeup department is got to be the most unwelcoming of all the stores I've shopped the staff are so non approachable, very rarely there is a smiling welcoming face that greets and is helpful.

Not as good as it used to be, a lot of designers missing

Being turned in to a young persons shopping store. Brands typical for over 30s are being removed as the revamp program continues.

Used the personal shopper, girl was great fun, even for someone like me who has no clue about clothes.

I always find these shops like a maze but I'm sure if I went in often enough I would soon find my way.

Found the staff unhelpful, particularly when you have so many additional rails everywhere

Got a student card? Pop in here during sales and you'll walk out with loads of bags, more than you can carry. If you haven't got a student card, don't fret. You can still walk out with loads of bags. I go to Christian Dior a lot and I'm a regular there so I walk out with many samples of perfumes and colognes.

Lovely to visit Fraser's again really miss it since our one closed

everything you can imagine is sold here, you could spend hours here as the store is massive & they have all the top brand from simple socks to wedding dresses
