House of Fraser, Glasgow. Just in the cosmetics department to get eyeshadow palette from NARS. They had it which was a relief as Edinburgh has been out of stock for weeks! A brief but pleasant visit.

Nice department store, even just to walk around. Inside in gin bar Gin71 which sells great gin drinks!

Great varied choice , floor staff on the mens dept couldnt be more helpful .

Love This Department store. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Especially with skim care. I was on a budget and have bad adult acne. Staff helped me with skin care and tips too. Also had to buy a dress on the cheap for a Wedding. Got the perfect dress too.

High end department store situated on Glasgow's Style mile. Most designer brands are sold in here and they have a very impressive beauty and perfume department on the ground floor. It can be a bit more expensive than other stores but the quality of the products and customer service is excellent.

Loved today I actually got more than I was looking for.li e the store inside the stores.warm..but lots of stairs thank goodness for lifts.

Brilliant store with everything you could need. Friendly and helpful staff too.

Relaxed shopping experience lots of different designers

This store is not well laid out as it hasn't grouped brands together well so you need time to browse through a lot of irrelevant stuff depending on your budget and or age. It is also really badly signposted so you can't find what you are looking for without searching about. Changing rooms I used were impossibility hot. Also have been here several times and still haven't found the bathroom. But the store.is beautiful within this old building go for the experience not if you are actually looking for something specific.

Still a Beutiful store to walk around and don't forget to look up at the Victorian Style Balcony and Roof

Spectacular light display this Christmas. Great selection of products available and an abundance of bargains. Save the High Street!

Impressive the deciracion of these small department stores

I have given this shop 4 stars because one) I hate shopping but two)it's in a very fine old building beautifully decorated for Christmas. The shop is ll around beautifully presented and sparkling clean. It now takes the form of an up-market market with lots of stalls but bearing names like Prada and Gucci.
If you paid your income tax and you like the VAT then this is the place for you

This store has gone to the dogs it's a bargain basement. Get ba k to old frasers where staff dressed appropriately, garments were wrapped in tissue and it was a pleasure to shop in! Disgrace of Glasgow!

The original House Of Fraser store situated in a great shopping area of Glasgow.. Lovely old building. Beautiful Christmas lights on the outside during the festive period.

Had an amazing make up experience at the YSL counter. They are extremely good at what they do. Only dropped a star because the toilets in Fraser's are in serious need of an upgrade.

Always enjoy visiting ,not as dear as people think and the building itself is magnificent especially in winter time.Always manage to find something to buy and the quality of staff in my opinion is excellent

Easy to get lost in this place however the best HOF I've been to apart from maybe Plymouths but great place and friendly staff

Visited Creed in the fragrance section, was served by a really lovely sales advisor Rudy. Very helpful, friendly and professional service.

Glasgow's go to department store for the ppl who like the finer things in life good selection of clothing the beauty and fragrance dept is definitely the best in Scotland by a long throw n probably the UK outside London

Designer products instore. I was personally looking for Christian Louboutin Shoes but had none in store only the handbags

Great place to shop you ve got lots of clothes brands to choice from. And a nice restaurant to relax afterwards for a quite drink or meal

Most of the staff here act like they're upper middle class.

I usually go for the MAC cosmetics as it's not everywhere you can buy them in-stores. But it's a beautifully maintained department store for everything . Sells almost everything you could wish for be it for the home or fashion . Adults and children fashion too. Has lovely lingerie also.Staff helpful and pleasant , especially in the MAC department .A very pleasant shopping experience.

Underquality goods sold at extortionate prices for the sake of a label. If you're looking to buy good quality men's clothes I'd suggest going elsewhere. For formal wear I'd suggest Slater's behind the At Enoch centre.

I love this department store, it would be such a shame if it shut down!

Way too big. You need a map. They have too many tills not working and too many staff shirking. Honestly I went to 5 tills before I could pay! !!it's a joke. But if that's the way it is then hey, it's not a bad thing it's closing.

Lots of great offers at the moment. Recommend to anyone looking for good value for money.

Have been ripped off since Mike Ashley bought over House of Frasers by being given invalid gift cards and him failing to refund me hundred pounds for an online order he cancelled weeks ago!
DONT shop here unless you want to be defrauded by Mike Ashley the billionaire owner!!

Guerlain customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life, the French male assistant asked if U needed help, asked questions at which point he turned to greet someone he knew totaly ignoring me and carried on talking to her ignoring me and never ackowledege my presence, I just walked away.I will never ever shop here again.

Ever since I was a kid. I've loved walking round Frasers. A Glasgow institute.
