We were in Gin 71 on the 1st floor of Frazers, absolutely love it, the service was 1st class, staff are really good and in particular the young lad that was our waiter Ewan, well done Sir you are an asset to your employer.
Could do with upgraded decor. Too many staff looking around looking lost.

Very costly with wide varieities of brands ..... But during discounts u can get it cheaper got a jacket worth 80 for just 26.... Also during discount time hot around 20 pound off on fragnae
Went to Gin 71 in the store,great afternoon tasting gin. Can't think of a better way to spend a Saturday afternoon.
Lack of customer service in beauty hall especially bobbi brown and nars. Came in evening to buy and felt like i was disturbing them. They saw me but didnt want to help me. Lost out on a big sale and customer.

Huge flagship branch, but sadly going downhill since the takeover, with many ranges discontinued.

This is the hardest shop to get the interest of the staff. We went looking for kitchens and all appliances. We have refurbushed our house but in the end bought everything elsewhere. Staff really dont seem too bothered.
Deafening music. Couldn't stay in men's department, music was so loud it was painful. Probably deliberately so you can't think about what you are buying. Base was shaking my bones. Wouldn't be so bad if whoever was playing it had any taste but the music was so bad it would make Simon Cowell cringe - with his acts output, that's quite something.

The building is grand but its outdated and not at all wheelchair or pram friendly. God help you if you need to access their toilets. There is little signage (I saw one sign), three different staff members directed us to them. Not good at all.

The main stairs when you enter are quite dangerous for people who are not clear sighted as the carpet covering the stairs have no indication of the next step. Could cause an injury to people. Yes they have other stairs and lift, but I thought I would bring it to people's attention

Quite pushy staff, they'll have targets to meet no doubt which is a shame. Can't browse slowly because if you stand too long you'll get captured and asked to try a million products.
