If I could give no stars I would. This agency is one of the worst I came across. They have incompetent untrained aides where I find it amazing that they have certifications, or do they. My mom used a hoyerlift because she was bed bound and needed to be fed and cleaned. The aides did none of that in fact one aide in particular threw my mom's food out, didn't feed her or change her and feel asleep in the room next door. Another aide dropped my mom from the hyerlift. I had to throw her out of my house. Complete incompetence and don't care attitude The administrative staff, especially Carrie, is the same. Carrie and the director do not care about your personal situation. They have no compassion and take no responsibility for the shotty, shameful treatment they give to their clients. There were days when the agency did not have an aide to send and left me alone with my mom who was incontinent, crippled and could only get moved with the hoyer lift. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!.

I work for vision In the dutchess co area. The ladies were very healthful I told them my problems with my previous employer and they worked with me and the case they gave me is lovely they paired me with an excellent client I'm forever great ful I will be with thisco for a long time

Honestly I like the coordinator's team (Mr Enersto, Ms Christina and Ms Louisa). They are hard working and prompt team....Thank you so much Vision Home care Services for your support especially for the home attendants.

I have worked for vision in suffern area for almost three years now and to be honest there great I love the work I do & my boss Scott is a hard worker and always manage to get things done I enjoy working with him

I have had the opportunity to work with the owner, Domenic. He has successfully staffed cases for my clients. Domenic genuinely cares about the quality of the staff he hires and the service her provides. I would recommend Vision Home Care to my clients.

I give this agency 5 stars because the staff really cares. Ernesto is in charge of my uncles aides and although a few shifts were miissed here and there, he does a great job communicating and finding coverage. I feel blessed to have them and would totally recommend their services for anyone looking for help with an elderly family member.

I ve been using Vision Homecare Services for private duty nursing for 3-1/2 years. Vision has time and again demonstrated a genuine concern for delivering on its goal of quality healthcare in the home.

The vexing issue with most agency-driven care is the ironic delegation of responsibility for care away from the agency and caregiver to the patient s family.

My experience with Vision runs counter to this. Across the board, from its care-coordinators to its Director of Clinical Services, from its Chief Business Development Officer to its President and CEO, everyone has continuously taken a personal stake in my care.

I have been a Regional Executive for Vision Homecare Services for 3 years now and I wouldn`t have it any other way. Working with a group of young professionals like the ones we have here at Vision is truly inspiring for a young professional like myself trying to further my career in the medical field. The one major benefit to working with this company is working with people who truly care about the clients we service day in and out. When you work with people who actually care about there clients, its that much more rewarding. And that starts with caring about the clients we are serving because if we do not do that, we will never be able to achieve any other goals we may have as a company. Our HHAs and PCAs have done such a tremendous job we really owe a lot of if not all the credit to them. They are a representation of us and they do such a phenomenal job day in and out helping our clients stay in there homes and get better health wise each day they go for work. We can not thank them enough for the great job they really do for our clients. All in all, I would not want to work for any other agency then Vision Homecare Services because we truly care a lot about the people who work for us and the people we serve each week.

Having had the personal and often times overwhelming experience of securing home health care for the elderly and infirm, I can absolutely assert with confidence that Vision Homecare is above the rest in so many ways.

There is a deep and unwavering concern for the clients they serve, the members of their team and even family members. Also, Vision seems to start with what is in the best interests of the client and the health care giver, an important guiding principle ... in such a hard to navigate and often complicated journey for loved ones.

We were fortunate to have Vision Homecare Services care for my mother and father in law this past year. The home health aides were professional, attentive and cared for them as if they were family.
