This shop has everything you need. Not food. Clothing, home and makeup.

Unless you know the shop well it can be hard to find things as the layout can be confusing. Decent number of ranges and staff usually good

Everyone here was absolutely wonderful. I had experiences with these counters/SAs in particular: Chanel, Tom Ford, MAC, Giorgio Armani, Urban Decay. The associates we very helpful, but not pushy at all. The entire store was clean and bright. I d recommend to anyone looking for luxury shopping in the Glasgow area.

Legacy store with range of products for all ages, although favouring older styles

A regular venue for me. Wonderful range of cakes baked on the premises, light lunches with a good selection of combinations and ingredients. Lovely atmosphere in a quaint mix of cafe and china, come home furnishings. Friendly staff, Mark and Sylvie will keep you well nourished and entertained!

Very big and everything your heart desires whom you have the necessary change

Had a lovely coffee caramel cake although my sister didn't enjoy the christmas special latta. The oat bar was very dry

Return policy on the website states that you can return item in store, but in store they did not accept it, explaining that website team did not update their website for 2 weeks. Appalling.

I love the place, staff are friendly and everything well organised. But it's too warm if you want change clothes. The building is too old and there is no air conditioner.

HoF is great! Plenty of different brands and really reminds me of Macy's in the US. The interior is great too, and everyone is always helpful.

What has happened to House of Fraser! It used to be such a lovely store. Worn carpet on the stairs. Music blaring so loud you couldn't hear yourself think. Lack of fitting rooms. So sad, don't think I will be shopping there again.

I have been to other outlets as well but this one stands out. It was decorated like a palace on Christmas. You get all the brands in one place. Good place for shopping.

Such a beautiful shopping building! Like a mini Selfridges in Glasgow!

Used to be agreat Department store until it went under new management in revent months, in my opinion it has gone a nit down market.

Flagship store in Buchanan Street. Elegy shipping experience with a huge array of brands and product. This is not a bargain store, expect a lot of luxury brands and pricing.

Noce place to shop. I would like to see some new stores in like benneton and sisley.

An excellent range of clothing, more then John Lewis. Staff are down to earth and welcoming.

I'm too broke to shop here but everytime I go I always find something that I like, this shop here me excited.

What they don't have in store you can order online and pick up the next day. Sometimes even cheaper.

Old-school house of Fraser. Definitely geared towards the Edinburgh gentry / tourist set, you'll get what you expect but nothing modern really.

OK, I went to the top shop to look for a leather jacket and trousers and I got the jacket but there was no trousers, nice things in the shop though.

Music far too loud. Gave me a headache, couldn't shop comfortably for the noise. Left without purchasing. Went to John Lewis for peace and quiet.

Still love Frasers. Good for a rummage round the sales. But bit the same as it used to be. Getting a bit tatty and worn.

This shop has a high end quality feel. Good cafe too.

Staff seem distracted sometimes or chatting to other staff, it's very easy to get lost, alot of the staff don't know the layout of the store. Asides that people are still really friendly.

House of Fraser is a Glasgow institution the best time to go shopping as during one of their sales as it can be expensive at other times great staff very helpful and knowledgeable

Make up & fragrance dept is fabulous. Customer service in other depts could be greatly improved.
