The pay is good and the hours as well.

The pay is good and the hours as well.

But customer service from them is TERRIBLE, they never answer the phone when you need them or when you trying to call out. When they answer the phone it s rude and always rush you off the phone like your bothering them. From the receptionist to the account managers I do not know which is worse.

No Teamwork
No communication whatsoever.

I never really like to work as a CNA before since it's a very tough job but my manager, Regina motivated me and told me that if I have goals in life I should start somewhere. She's very good with her job. Staff of this company were also so accommodating and fast. If you're looking for immediate placement and flexibility, this is the best place you could go to!

It was my mistake that I didn t check my schedule,that it didn t go through.i go over there,I was checking and couldn t found it.so Francine help me out!i told me about my problem.and she sweetly solved my problem.she fix another appointment that same day,because I was with my baby.really appreciate her help.then I thought why not I shared my good experience with all of you.really she deserved it.
