Everyone was so helpful in this store!! They have everything from games and construction toys to easy-to-read books for kids. I was impressed with the variety and happy with their willingness to help me find an age-appropriate gift.

I always thought Growing Tree Toys only carried kids toys, but I was surprised to see they had something for everyone. They also have some of my favorite childhood toys (Socker Boppers anyone?). I highly recommend checking their store out if you are in the State College area and need to find a gift for someone!

My recent experience was one that is worth telling about...
My daughter is about to turn 3 (during the covid-19 stay at home order) and all she wants for her birthday is a fancy pink princess dress. I message the company in the evening and the next morning I have several dresses in my inbox all very reasonably priced. After I picked the dresses we wanted, we were promptly invoiced and, get this, the owner delivered them right to our front door!

I am all about shopping local and I think this company shows how amazing it is to work with the people that are invested. We have NEVER ever experienced customer service like this. And as a mother, I am so grateful she helped to make our daughter s birthday wonderful.

This company has been a shining light through this very dark time in our community and I am just so thankful for their commitment to keeping our kiddos happy!

Great toy store with lots of things you won't find at big chain stores. The selection for kids gets slimmer as you reach the 12 year age but that's probably the case with all toys at that age. Nice board game selection too!

Fun shop. Prices are a bit higher than online but its nice to browse and discover things there so worth paying a little more to support local.

Such an amazing variety of toys, games, science, magic, and Legos. Some of the items are a little more expensive than big-box retailers ... but generally competitive. A great store for children of all ages!

Then I called again and the girl was extremely rude. They have always been pleasant, buy this time was not the case. Guess I will have to go elsewhere for the gift.

Great toy store! Tons of Calico Critters, Playmobil and Hape toys. I took my daughter in and let her pick out a new toy and she was delighted.
