Really lovely building with decent range of items with plenty of discounts.

Was here yesterday, oh my goodness this place has changed. There doesn't seem to be a lot of stock, staff are very scarce. This is an iconic place in Glasgow it would be awful if it wasn't to remain.

Beautiful building, otherwise a rabbit warren of floors, difficult to negotiate.
Gents toilets not easy to locate, and often not available.

Has went way downhill since the take over by sports direct not much really there that caught my attention and large areas with no stock really looks run down now

Good shopping for every wallet size! Worth going in just to see the central staircase, quite impressive

This House of Fraser has many of the make up brands you would expect in store, such as: MAC, Benefit, Bobby Brown and Clinique. In addition to many designer brand labels such as; Michael Kors, Hillfiger etc There are lovely shoe departments, handbags ladies, children s clothes and so much more.
There is plenty of staff on hand to help who have been shown the knack of of engaging without fussing which meant browsing was a pleasure.
The beauty and elegance of the stores architectural integrity has been maintained inside, with the modern twist of each brands fresh department and displays. It is a joined up plethora of departments which someone described as a maze but this adds to the charm itself of the shopping experience.
The store is wheelchair/ pushchair accessible with escalators and lifts.

Had champagne High Tea. FABULOUS experience, food delicious and LOVELY, FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE STAFF-something you don't always receive when redeeming a wowcher or groupon voucher. Highly recommend.

Staff were lovely, if a little clueless regarding where stock had been moved to.
Disorienting/confusing ,couldnt find scarves and gloves and no one seemed to know where they were.
