Fantastic shop. Has everything you want. It's just cool to be in the original Fraser's as well.

The toilet upstairs is hard to find however. Needs sign pointed out to it better. That's why it's 4 stars.

It has a wide range of good shops for men and womens clothes a large makeup nails etc, it depends what you are looking for.

Love this shop always have as soon as we are heading in town to shop we are here as you can get everything you need under the one roof, every garment is top quality and the staff are friendly and helpful....please don't close this store it's been there for all my life and I'm 50 now....its a piece of the Glasgow culture

rubbish. travelled into Glasgow today only to take back a jumper if bought for my husband's Xmas as wrong size and i order a new one. was told sorry we have changed our policy we can't accept returns for purchases online. you need to now post back to us to get refund otherwise we can o my offer credit note. what a joke and a wasted day for me. I asked the girl behind counter ok so how do i return. hwr reply- tere is a link on the receipt we email you where you can print the return label. I said what if I do t have a printer..her answer.... you will just need to find one. great customer service Fraser's...o don't think so. I buy many things from this store which annoys me even more when I ask for there help. she even said yeah we can't print for you here either. wasted day....for me. I expect a response if Fraser's see this

Great place to find some great bargains a huge shopping experience you could get lost in here staff are all friendly and helpful place would make a great hotel if it was ever to close . Magnificent staircase as you come into shop looks great at Christmas in fact all year round

Very disappointed in the store. Used to be THE flagship store in Buchanan Street. It was very quiet and looked like an outlet shop in many departments with very dim lighting throughout. Has a long way to go if Mr Ashley wants to make it the Harrods of Scotland!

I absolutely love this shop. From my biba socks, bags to my scarves and so much more. Love the Jo Malone candles and all the various perfumes which are far too much to mention. The staff are also lovely and so helpful.

Excellent range of stock. Beautiful building. Very much hope that Sports Direct are able to keep it going.

Ok so I'm a bit late in posting this review but it was an important task running on my mind. I had purchased a jacket at the house of fraser, but to my surprise it started to wear out in just 2 weeks of usage. I was stunned because I had paid a high price and was not a expected quality from a high end store. I was not able to visit the store since I study at the university of stirling and don't visit Glasgow that often. Also during the Christmas break I had gone to visit my family back in India. After I returned in January I visited the store and explained my problem. It was shocking yet awesome to see that the staff replaced my jacket without a wee bit of hesitation. But the new jacket also turned out to be the same. Hence i went back again after 2 weeks of using it. This time the staff refunded the full amount. I was really overwhelmed by the customer service offered. After this I'm a regular customer here and I do look forward to make many more purchases in the future. Keep up the good work

An old style department store. Overly congested in places with various designer brands taking a concession in an old oddly shaped building with lots internal stairs. Not very pram or wheelchair friendly.

Probably the best department store in glasgow! Long may it continue

Great big shop plenty to look at great customer service

The store carries a vast array of clothing and foot wear from a huge variety of manufacturers. Everything from formal right down to your very casual wear. It's a pity the store is so old and hasn't been modernised over the years.

Love the boys designer department in frazers my 3 year old grandsons clothes are quality bit expensive but you only get what you pay for

I would like to draw you attention towards your manager Ms STACY, just now i have left the showroom (princess street) showroom just now 3:20 21june 2018. We bought the clothes worth 2000 pounds from fred perry, we were standing at the billing counter there was a very decent man doing our billing then Ms STACY Came rushing very rudly told us to move away from the counter to come in front, i did then she was packing our clothes in inappropriate manner, so we politely told her to do that nicwly so she ignored and kept on doing in that way only, so i asked whats the matter with you why are you acting rude then she asked us to leave called the security, we have put our precious time on selecting the items then she did all this as if she is the owner, i asked her that i need to complain so she said do whatever you can.

This is the worst experience of my life, not only it has spoiled the name of Frasers but the name of the city too, Ms STACY IS A LIABILITY TO THIS BRAND AND TO THIS CITY TOO I GUESS . I request you to take action so that in future no one has to suffer like us. Thank you

ANY OTHER REPUTABLE COMPANY GIVES CUSTOMERS A FULL REFUND WHEN THEY RETURN ITEMS TO A STORE, BUT NOT MIKE ASHLEY! HIS POLICY IS SHORT TERMIST SINCE I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM FRASERS ONLINE AGAIN, AND WOULD ADVISE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME!!

Very good atmosphere around the hole store.
The staff in the prada and miu miu departments could not do enough to help and make sure you get exactly what you require.
Every department we visited with our family showed good experience and a willingness to help
Loved the shop, staff and the building its self.

Sadly declining and being filled with Sports Direct stock.....
