Much better range than the Edinburgh's two branches (at West End and Jenner's). Carries more men brands including Michael Kors, Paul Smith, Burberry and Vivienne Westwood

Was looking at buying some aftershave for Christmas, extremely rude staff would not let me spray it to see if I liked it. Needless to say I went to John Lewis and bought it, where the staff were extremely helpful

Quick visit for last minute Xmas shopping, great staff, always welcoming.

Went in to buy a jacket and because of my age this security guard looking like Pete the jakey said I stole it and started at me for 10 minutes after I left the shop with my paid for jacket but apart from that it's a good shop

A nightmare of spotlights mirrored surfaces and a layout like a maze... the layout designer should be taken out and shot

Always find what I'm looking for without any hassle

I recently visited coast for a wedding outfit. The staff were very helpful in giving advice on what to wear to a wedding what colours would match my outfit and what colours not to wear.l felt confident in the choice of outfit l was buying with their great advice and the outfit looked great.l even got a compliment on my flower print trousers at the wedding . Well done to all at coat Fraser's glasgow.

It s an old fashioned department store. You get exactly what you expect.

Lots of bargains. But difficult to find tills in new system.

A pleasant shopping environment but the place is in need of refurbishment. Threadbare carpets and tired decor are not what I'd expect to see in a retailer of this standing

Absolutely amazing store, best shopping store in Glasgow, I could stay in there all day and night if I could. Their Christmas lights display around and inside the store are out of this world. Staff are wonderful and really friendly.

Searching for a fancy dress for a night out. Big place, many selections, many shops.

This place is huge, but often gets missed on shopping trips. It's Victorian style and elegance make a welcome change from the glass and steel of most modern department stores.

Cool place for shopping in. A bit jam-packed during the Christmas but nobody will be surprised by that. Stuff is really kind and helpful, they spends for you as much time as you need in order to help you with your shopping. Probably my favourite one in Glasgow at the moment.

Busy shop. Too big for my liking as stuff all over the place. Staff OK. Ask for sample of perfume but none available.

House of Fraser staff forgot to take off security tag off the jacket I bought (discovered at home) and I had to take trip back costing over 40 pounds to take it off (security alarms also did not work) They only offered apologies and customer service email address. The manager said he would email on my behalf and two weeks later that also wasn't done. It s simply appalling and pure disgrace.

Staff look down their nose at you unless your willing to buy every item they shove down your throat

Lovely department store with wide selection of big brands / top fashion clothes and accessories, makeup, perfumes with so much to look around, from time to time you can find really good deals .
The decorative lights and interiors is beautiful.

Great shopping experience. I purchased a base and it accidentally got damaged so took it back and staff exchanged this for a new one. Great customer service

Down from 5 stars to 1, been shopping in frasers my whole life and never scene it such a mess. Mens suits are no longer an option, been replaced with pyjamas, they've got a couple of cheap Skopes polyester court suits left, like a Burtons outlet store. The place was an absolute riot it felt genuinely dirty, the look on the faces of the mens formal staff said it all, can only assume the staff are having the same experience as the stock I asked if it was worth coming back with my voucher in a few weeks after the sale, was told no, not like an implied no, just a straight no it'll be the same then just back at full price????????

Love this shop got everything you can think of in it .
Bit pricey though.
