Took my kids to experience the wonder of walking up the wooden staircase and gazing over the atrium. This store never disappoints and is still the cornerstone of retail in Glasgow City Centre

Charlotte Tilbury counter..I asked for a colour match for the newish foundation and was drilled on other foundations that I have used, and then recieved an abrupt 'No we dont do or give out colour match samples'..I was taken aback by the ignorance of this you girl and her attitude towards me..and perhaps other shoppers she may serve so negatively...no name badge either, my experience at Charlotte Tilbury has mostly been very good, such a shame the quality of staff has gone downhill.

Could be so much more. It really needs a 'brush' with modernity via interior design and less of an open floorplan. It should be a better shopping experience than it currently is and a landmark, must visit, at the very least, store liked Harrods. Window displays should be fully utilized, hypnotically stealing your attention and provoking your curiosity. Hopefully a Cinderella like godmother will materialize with her much needed wand!

I have liked this store since my mother took me there as a child. It is expensive, but possibly due to the current economics there are a great deal of sales offered. There are many concessions on the floors of different brands. Tres chic indeed!
