Great store,airconditioning would make shopping there much more comfortable.

Usually, lovely-like chanel,mac,origins,Burberry, ck and cafe.

Smart store with a wide range of products, clothes, shoes, household appliances, cosmetics.

Staff in Beauty Department are unpleasant. Had to wait around at Armani and Nars counters for the staff after asking for help several times as they were too busy chatting amongst themselves. When I did finally gain their attention I was made to feel like an inconvenience. Had the exact opposite experience in the Edinburgh branch.

I love this department store! This has got to be one of my favourite places.the luxury brands are great! It has everything from Gucci, Dior, Ralph Lauren, Prada, Hermes, chanel, tiffany &co to kids designers.

Some may think it's expensive, I think the value is high. A stunning interior with an uplifting atmosphere, especially at Christmas!

Bizarre- I can see why this company is struggling. I went in looking for wallets but this common item had been moved to the back office and was not available for sale. Why? A corporate party had taken the space. Poor.

Large shop with a wide selection of clothing, easy to get lost in but good quality clothing. I'm a little saddened by there not being as much range of clothing as their website but it was an overall nice shop with friendly helpful staff.

What's happening with this once beautiful store , chanel missing ? No more Chanel?

Dissapointed. Was always a magical department story to visit when I was a child growing up in Glasgow but on recent visit looked a bit shabby, smelt like a toilet was leaking and huge billboards of women in underwear everywhere. Tacky

Clothing staff are idiots. From in store to call centre, from assistants to managers. Pack of liars who think they own the brand they are selling yet know very little about the brand and even less about their own store policies.
Good selection of designer clothes and impressive fragrance selection.

Excellent service and range of products. Mac counter in particular was amazing

Love this store. Great selection of goods and ladies this is where you go when you want to treat yourself to a new handbag. What a selection.

Lovely interior and a wonderful shopping experience

Wide range of luxury brands low to high priced, helpful and friendly staff. Easy shopping atmosphere. Has a cafe (Nero) on the top level for drinks.

I like this store, and the building is lovely, but I was a bit disappointed with the staff when I went in. It was a Friday evening and the store was pretty quiet. I took some clothes and went to the fitting rooms. There were about six staff members congregating around the till having their own jokey conversation among themselves and I literally had to interrupt them after about ten seconds of standing there just to get some help. It didn't seem like anyone was really providing a service here, it was just a bunch of people amusing themselves (which is fine and I'd probably do the same if I were 19 and worked in a clothes shop on a Friday night, but maybe a bit of direction is needed).

A shop that only impresses with the retained classic stairs & landings lending to a more retro chic feel than a modern store in a Mall. Great ambience super staff on all franchised stands. I hope it stays open its a good shopping experience.

Disappointed with this been in Glasgow centre but little choice of goids

Their website and customer service on facebook says you can return items in store, but when I drove to store, I was told policy has changed 2 weeks ago. They did not even tried to solve their mistake, just blamed other department for not updating the website. Only buy something, if you know you will not need to return it, otherwise you will be paying postage twice.

OK crowded and poor service, very slow and don't have a clue what they are doing. The transaction took longer than the shopping itself. Always the case.

Large shop can be confusing the layout, mens section is very good choice and do a lot of sales / reductions, large make up and perfume floor has everything you need.

While staff are well trained, there are often not enough of them. On a couple of occasions I have found myself walking out due to lack of staff service. Fantastic range of everything. Fantastic prices (not in a good way!).

Was trying to buy Kurt Gieger shoes for my wife and the assistant was extremely helpful even though they didn't have the product as described on the website. This was a house of fraser issue rather than a Kurt Geiger one.

Not keen on house of Fraser. Anytime I asked a staff member a question about where something is, they look at you like you should know where it is... I'll only go here to visit the Urban Decay make up section which is fantastic by the way.

House of Fraser are well and truly in with the establishment and like most of the upper class pretentious shops they are far too expensive and very greedy so this place truly deserves a (1 star rating...!!)

My daughter and I love this shop and we were looking at the Michael Korrs bags and the boy was very nice x

The Gem of Glasgow .our flagship store has dulled a little .I went in for some lingerie and struggled for sizes ,I also asked an assistant where I might find stockings and she asked me " by stockings do you mean tights ?" ..if you work in lingerie a little basic knowledge would go a long way .
