A lovely quirky store whose Christmas lights both inside and out are just magical. The brands are varied, high end designer brands (Mulberry, Prada, Gucci, Mui ect) but also High St brands. The down side to this store (for me) is the extreme heat all the time and also the lack of lifts. (Only one life as far as I know of).

Also, not wheel chair friendly but still a lovely store.

Great homeware and clothing with many brands to choose from.

House of Fraser is dead. Chanel Les Exclusifs was the only reason to go there. Now it's gone

Paula at the Clinique counter recommended me some products as I have been having trouble with my skin after a reaction, she had so much knowledge about the products and I have purchased the product she recommended to me online. Thank you Paula!

Oh dear! Disappointing selection of ladies clothes. They seemed to be rejects from other stores :( Staff look sad. Didn't have that "Frasers Atmosphere" few customers.....we just left! This could be an amazing Department Store! Hope there's an improvement before Christmas.

Lovely store, staff always very helpful if required. But quite happy to leave you to browse.

Too busy and confusing layout for parents of young kids in a buggy

Large variety of quality stock to choose from, but only one small lift, had to queue a long time to use it

House of Fraser is like a maze. Can take time to get to grips with the lay out of the shop. There is a lot of designer labels so you will find something in your price range. If you're looking for after shave for the man in your life ask for Paul, he knows what he's talking about. He keeps himself immaculate and smells so good. I would have given 5 stars but the toilets definitely let the store down. I was really disappointed with them

Being a very large store it can be a bit daunting to know where you are going. That being said there are members of staff who are more than willing to help. Service was excellent. My purchase was carefully wrapped in tissue paper. Nice touch. Would highly recommend this store.

Great store with many floors to suit your needs...cafe...restrooms...mens ..womens clothing...shoes...fragrences.etc.

A shopping center for branded clothing at a high price although very elegant.

I a bit disappointed I bought bag with no fabric bag or cover in it like all expensive bags does( to keep the bag safe )and I ask about it and they said there's no fabric bag or cover for it with not nice voice

Average department store, makeup section best service woman s floor a little confusing to navigate.

My favourite place to shop everything you need in one place plus they have the luxury brands. Never had any issues either buying or returning. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

This is the most delightful store in Glasgow featuring a plethora of upmarket brands fabulously laid out and displayed. From clothing to accessories, perfumery and makeup, it's all available. The staff is pleasant and helpful. It is on the expensive side but then you have to pay a price if you purchase some of the best labels in the world.

This is one of my favorite department stores in Glasgow. Floors and floors of amazing shopping that is greatly enhanced with a warm, friendly and amazing staff. Shopping heaven. If you needed it they will have it.

The store has seen a real downfall since the take over. Hard to find the usual brands. The ones that are there have the stock mixed randomly with others so you end up wasting a lot of time finding your favourite brands. There seems to be More

Limited stock. Cut number of departments to offer a wider range.

Pricy but sales can be good, Aveda has discontinued their decorative cosmetic range, which is a shame.

Been coming here as a wee kid following my Mum about. The lights outside and in is what it makes it every winter. Shame the ladies floor is a bit rank - the laminate, the odd layout of concessions, the dull lighting, strange location of the fitting rooms. Please HoF fix it up.

Got what we needed to purchase, lady in the perfume room was very nice. And advised on our purchase.

The clerk at the click&collect desk was adorable. So helpful and nice. A shop is as good as the people who work in!

The Barbour section was well stocked but the lighting makes it very hard to distinguish the difference in a lot of the colours.
They need to bring the lighting system in line with the rest of the store.
