Iconic department store on Glasgow's main shopping street. Great representation of brands from designer wear to the less expensive. Friendly staff.

Worn down opulence, once a top store but now aged n faded. A 3d laser survey was in progress as the house of Frazer has been bought and is soon to be revamped to the Harrods of the North, so say the new owner. Still, the grand hall is a sight to behold in this age of fast build.

Variety and choice. However JD stuff is on sale and prices are the same as always. So if you are looking for bargains

HoF is very confusing unless you shop by brand. If you just want any old pair of pyjamas you have no idea (and neither do the staff) where to look so best go to M&S.

Depressing store unless you are shopping for cosmetics, beware the glitz and glam. Toilets are abhorrent and need to be ripped out but a good clean wouldn't go amiss either.

Was visiting the store today looking for a new dress for a special occasion and the staff were so helpful. Laura Leavey the personal shopper offered to help me and was fantastic. She is so friendly and looked out a selection of dresses for me to try on. Brilliant service and will go back next time I'm in Glasgow.

A bit disappointing
, every Christmas for the past 10 - 12 years I have bought Calvin Klein ladies pyjamas for my daughter, last year and today had to buy them from Debenhams, poor selection,

Some good boutiques within but the store as a whole is not as classy as it once was. Also the internal dividing walls can make navigating the store difficult. On the whole, I'm glad the brand still exists though.

I always buy from here in the past no problems but now Horrible experience ever, since its taken over by new management i , no number available over the phone for customer service which rubbish service by email no one respond to emails. try to phone the store , hang up few times , customer services by email very unhelpful, I place a order online, there is no number for cancel, amendment orders , e-mail i been waiting for help i am still waiting, i will not recommend, not shop here again.

Heaven for fragrance lovers. You can buy some of the most rare scents. Hopefully it won't get shut ever! A must-have on the 'go to' list when in Glasgow! Customer service excellent!

Not been in town for a while and was disappointed in Fraser's. The majority of big name shoe brands, that I loved to find there are gone. If I'd wanted a pair of fancy trainers, I'd have been sorted though!!

Christ! Wonder why you were nearly bankrupt? Perhaps the snowflakes need to realise that when you work, that doesn't mean you ignore customers, look at yourself in the mirror to make sure your self-installed slug eyebrows are in order and slump over a rail chatting about a Facebook drama.

Work in a retail environment is to greet and serve customers. Perhaps I have it wrong.

Place is crawling with cheap shite and Ashley's 2 minutes in the door. Firetrap, Lee Cooper and kangol makes it an oversized usc.

This building is so old it actually scares me!.. it badly needs fixing!.. There's a great choice of shops! And lovely make-up and perfume sections.. The furniture dept looks like an abandoned warehouse! With more hazard tape on the floor than carpet.. But the Staff in the home dept where really nice and very helpful.

Great luxury super store. The flagship House of Frasers store and it shows. Lots of luxury shopping on offer here, almost anything you can think of.

Depending on your budget, you might want to leave your wallet at home.

Worth a visit, especially at Christmas.
