Always a pleasure to return to this refined hotel right in the center of Milan

Very clean hotel, well-kept room, very large bathroom with shower. Included in the price excellent and abundant bath products. The breakfast was great. The professional and very kind staff. A stone's throw from the Duomo of Milan, at a very attractive price.

I love this place and the people that work there! Holidays can best be judged when life gets in the way. Then, they can be stressful. These lovely amazing people were tremendously helpful and kind when we needed help. The rooms are also fantastic and the breakfast is simple, but in a way that s refined. The location is he best. But it s about the service here, so good!

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the cathedral and there are many great restaurants and delicatessen shops nearby. The rooms are well appointed, very clean, the staff are very friendly and attentive. If you want/need to live in the heart of Milan, this hotel is a great place to meet.

We were greeted at the reception with great courtesy and professionalism, the rooms are not very large, but well maintained. clean and very pleasant bathroom, breakfast is great great variety of croissants cakes biscuits etc. wide range for savory lovers too. Strongly underline the availability of really courteous and always available staff. Ideal place to visit the center of Milan, two minutes walk from the Duomo. Really excellent hotel, excellent value for money. I highly recommend it !!! Really good hotel.

All around an excellent hotel. Staff was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. Location was centrally located and an easy walk to where ever you wanted to go. Highly recommended!

Best service and location! Everyone at the front desk is super helpful, friendly, and responsive! The staff is great and always in a cheerful mood! They helped me and my family plan our trip, our excursions and transportation, and our other questions. The location is amazing, right next to the Duomo and Galleria and right in the middle of a bunch of shops, restaurants, and gelaterias. Can't think of a single negative about this place!

Great location next to the Duomo, very friendly staff!

The best staffs will welcome you. We left our passport in the previous hotel but the staffs helped everything to recieve them back e.g. all the communication with delivery company and payment. It was close to our departure date and we were not sure we could recieve before our flight. They tracked every process and kept us updated. Successfully, even thought our previous hotel was not so cooperative, we got passports. It is located nearby tramway so if you are sensitive at noise, it might bother you, but all facillities and location were perfect!

Good hotel. Rooms are fairly basic. Rooms are clean. The members of the staff are cordial. The bar was never open. Breakfast is very good. It is right next to Ambrosiana. It s a walk to good restaurants in the Brera. It is not cheap due to its location. I would probably stay there again.

The hotel is close to many shops and Dam Cathedral! Walk to some nice restaurants, next to Peck's. The breakfast was delicious, with bread, salami, cheese and fruit, and the best was the eggs that we asked for!

Wonderful hotel. Rooms are well appointed, super clean, and quiet. They have a free minivan for soft drinks, something I've never heard of anywhere I've traveled. Two kinds of pillows on the bed, so you can have a traditional feather pillows or a thermal foam one. Lots of electrical outlets to charge your devices. Super friendly staff. Great location near the Duomo. This is just a great hotel, period.

We flew to Milan from Sydney and I stupidly picked the wrong bag off the carousel but only discovered my mistake when I went to open the bag upon arrival at Hotel Spadari reception. Despite the hotel staff being busy with other check ins they were especially helpful. Despite it being a weekend and being told that nothing could be done until the airport office reopened on Monday morning, the ladies in reception managed to track down the owner of the bag I had, and put the owner's mind at rest. They also confirmed that my bag was being held in lost & found at the airport and I could pick it up any time before 10pm leaving us free to explore Milan for the day.
The piece de resistance for me was when I enquired where I could find a shop to buy a razor and a toothbrush, the reception staff produced a plastic bag from under the counter with the said items which were offered gratis. It seems that there are plenty of other idiots like me.
The next morning the same receptionists remembered to ask if all had now been resolved (and it had).This level of service was beyond my expectation and I hope they and their bosses get to see this review. Oh, and the hotel is great too.

Great location to the Milan Cathedral, Opera house and galleria Victor Emanuelle. Breakfast at this hotel was fresh orange juice, croissants, omelettes... Amazing. Tortes and Croissants available through day. Beautiful artwork in hotel. Also near public trams and underground. My foot was bothering me and hotel gave me a bag of ice each night to ice it. Front desk was knowledgeable about attractions in Milan. Milan was hot and room was air conditioned (quiet). We had a balcony-nice. GREAT foodie market next to hotel and La Duree (from Paris) macaroons across street. Worth every penny of their charge.

A half block from the Duomo Piazza, so easy city access. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast, water, fruit, cookies are all included. Breakfast has eggs cooked to order, juices, coffees, meats, cheeses, pastries, etc.

The hotel is not new,
It was so beautiful and clean that I couldn't feel it.
The location is great and there are restaurants and shopping spots nearby.
You can reach the Duomo in about 5 minutes on foot.
The breakfast was delicious and satisfied.
It was also good that drinks other than alcohol in the refrigerator were free.

It may have been only our room that was the only one difficult,
The water leak from the shower is so severe that the bathroom and toilet get wet when you take a shower once.
It really got wet like flooding on the floor.
The work of blotting with a towel was difficult.

Apart from that,
We thought that it was hotel which was satisfactory in all.

It is the best base for sightseeing in Milan.

Location is awesome, Near Duomo square. Friendly staff especially which work in breakfast. There is a free fruits and biscuits 24 hours in the lobby.

Rooms are not Soundproof, We listened a lot of sounds like water and another sounds.

The place is excellent, close to the Duomo square. Breakfast is good and available in the essentials (eggs, coffee and juice on request for free), biscuits and some fruit 24 hours free in the lobby. Insulation is poor, you hear the sound of water and the sound of roof top works etc.

Fantastic location. friendly and helpful management. Very large room, fairly quiet and furnished with style. There is almost everything: slippers, bathrobes, bath salts and minibars with all complimentary non-alcoholic drinks, no pay-TV channels. Rich breakfast, but eggs, coffee and juices must be requested directly from the managers, who are also very considerate. However, the quality of the croissants didn't seem to be excellent

I could not fault the generosity & help provided by the team here.
I took my 90 year old mother who had difficulty walking. They made life very easy by such things as breakfast promptly in the room each morning at no extra cost.
They provided her with fresh fruit and water at no extra cost and made every effort to ensure our stay in Milan was enjoyable.
We were able to walk & push her wheelchair to Peck, next door, Ristorante Cracco, across the road, il Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, Teatro Alla Scala and many more fabulous spots from this terrific central location.

Excellent hotel near the Duomo square, amenities are great, all non alcoholic drinks are free, breakfast and service are amazing! Keep up the good work! The rooms are big. Being in the city center at times it can get loud and the tram passes right in front of the hotel, but this is an advantage, you can get everywhere fast.

We love Hotel Spadari. Everyone is so nice, courteous and helpful from the moment we checked in until we checked out. Location is central and accommodations are modern, clean and comfortable. And we are Asians.

It's very ok for a downtown hotel. The room we stayed #10 has an "interesting" set up (our kids loved it, because they're kids!). The main room has a half bathroom and the shower with another toilet and vanity area are upstairs, which can be an inconvenience.
The breakfast is good, not great. Not a lot of fresh fruit or variety.
Parking is a nightmare, is downtown in Italy after all!

I have stayed several times in this central hotel in Milan. True boutique hotel, decorated with extreme taste and pieces of modern Italian design, the hotel combines comfort, modernity and excellent service to the perfect breakfast (and included in the daily rate). It also has an excellent afternoon tea.
It's more for expensive, but it's worth it! Ask for a room facing the inner courtyard, absolutely quiet. The hotel is next to Milan's best tea and delicatessen (Peck), a fine shoe store (Figini) and the old and prized Enoteca Iemmallo.

Hotel in the city center, in Milan. Courtesy, availability, welcome by the staff. Comfortable environment. High level of cleanliness and hygiene, like more than 4 stars. Proven only breakfast, no lunch / dinner. For breakfast, difficult to ask and, above all, find more. Prices not cheap, but adequate with Piazza Duomo, and above all, absolutely proportionate to the service offered. Recommended.

Hotel with a strategic location 100 m from the Duomo. Good rooms and good breakfast. The real serious flaw for which I gave 3 stars is the bad soundproofing. You can hear everything from the landing and from the neighboring rooms. If you take a shower you cannot rest and the drains are very noisy. Sin.

Thoroughly racist hotel. Told us that they do not entertain Chinese crowds. We were not part of a tour group, neither are we from China. Just, unfortunately, Oriental.

This hotel is fantastic! We hadn't checked in yet but they helped us with our lost luggage for a few days prior. When we stopped by to fill in some paperwork - still two days before we were actually checking in - they greeted us with warm hospitality, helped us print off documents and gave us coffee and snacks. The staff are endlessly helpful and kind, the rooms are beautiful, and the location couldn't be better. They've made our time in Milan absolutely wonderful and we look forward to staying with them again!

The hotel is located in a strategic position, a stone's throw from the Duomo. The interior is very nice, the staff polite and always available. The room was spacious and well furnished. Comfortable bed and sofa, fully functional TV and clean bathroom. The minibar was well stocked with both alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks. When we asked for extra blankets they immediately brought us two duvets. We went out in the afternoon and on our return we found some rugs that weren't there before, a sign that the room had been cleaned even in the afternoon in our absence. The abundant breakfast, there was practically everything. It is not cheap but for the service offered it is excellent. Well done and keep it up.

Overall it was a very positive stay. Great location. Of the hotel, the room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. I enjoyed the fruits very much and or sweets always available down at the bar for customers. Very good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Perhaps a touch to the bathrooms in the rooms, which in my case had some flaws.

Small hotel, in the best location in the center of Milan. Fully updated in its interior, with a minimalist and relaxing decoration, it has very much appreciated extras such as having included in the price for accommodation plus breakfast, the consumption of non-alcoholic drinks from the minibar. At the reception there is a stand with bottles of water with or without gas, infusions and snacks, free consumption, as well as fruit, pastries and mini-muffins at the entrance to the dining room. Lingerie and towels of true quality, as well as the commodities of the bathroom. A 10.

Location is up. Breakfast is at least full of warm omelets and coffee. The staff are all pleasant and friendly.
