The best staffs will welcome you. We left our passport in the previous hotel but the staffs helped everything to recieve them back e.g. all the communication with delivery company and payment. It was close to our departure date and we were not sure we could recieve before our flight. They tracked every process and kept us updated. Successfully, even thought our previous hotel was not so cooperative, we got passports. It is located nearby tramway so if you are sensitive at noise, it might bother you, but all facillities and location were perfect!
