I could not fault the generosity & help provided by the team here.
I took my 90 year old mother who had difficulty walking. They made life very easy by such things as breakfast promptly in the room each morning at no extra cost.
They provided her with fresh fruit and water at no extra cost and made every effort to ensure our stay in Milan was enjoyable.
We were able to walk & push her wheelchair to Peck, next door, Ristorante Cracco, across the road, il Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, Teatro Alla Scala and many more fabulous spots from this terrific central location.
Could not recommend highly enough 6 stars
