It's very ok for a downtown hotel. The room we stayed #10 has an "interesting" set up (our kids loved it, because they're kids!). The main room has a half bathroom and the shower with another toilet and vanity area are upstairs, which can be an inconvenience.
The breakfast is good, not great. Not a lot of fresh fruit or variety.
Parking is a nightmare, is downtown in Italy after all!
Pros:
The location is amazing, short walk to the Duomo
The staff is super attentive. The restaurant recommendations are great!
