Beautiful property by Taj which has its own charm with the "Tajness" in the staff people. The rooms provide serene view of the Arabic sea. The nine dining options helps in discovering flavours of different parts of world and the innovation in the recipes and the locations and obviously the service staff makes the dining experience soothing. And additionally, the wonderful swimming pool and the Ziva spa makes the experience pleasant.

Legitimately the best service I have ever received at a hotel. Not like I've stayed at many five stars hotels but wow this just goes above and beyond. Would definitely stay again. Also would recommend the hair salon for a haircut for anyone staying here as well. The breakfast is fantastic and has so many options!!! Must stay here when in Mumbai.

I ve stayed in many business hotels but this experience is beyond anything else. The personal reception and guidance to your room. The appearance of the room, quality of beds and the flower surprise in the room uniquely! The breakfast covers everything you can imaging, Indian, English, fresh bread croissants and a superior cappuccino. Checking out we received also a replica coin from the time the hotel and gate were build and a special present from the Taj Palace. I will be back !!!!

I was staying on the 14th floor of the tower wing. The service was exceptional throughout.

Amazing ambience... Overlooking the Arabian sea was a sight on a rainy afternoon... The view of 'The Gateway of India' from higher level was scenic... Boats with sails, commercial ships, yachts sailing... A tourist spot best experienced in the comfort of the 5 star hotel... The service food coffee were catered just the way we wanted and utmost attention given to our instructions... Was a great n memorable afternoon.
