Good surprise when we arrived. We were able to check in early and our room was upgraded as there was not much guest. The place is relaxing and with good amenities.With 3 swimming pools, 2 restaurants and 2 bars to chill - they offer happy hours B1G1 at the bars. Water sports are available to enjoy bur u cant swim at the beach cos the wave is always strong and the water is dirty. Tasty food but bit expensive. Buffet breakfast can be improved. They have 3 vegie dish,meat is only sausage and its the same type of sausage and same cooking the next morning. And theres obvious special treatment to white people at breakfast. They greeted us when we went in and greeted them too when they came in but what surprised me was they were offered coffee,made it for them and someone i think the manager or a supervisor came out, approached their table that is next to us and they were asked how they are. In short they were entertained abit. I didnt see that happen to the other 3 tables(non whites). Another thing is the transpo, no uber or grab in tge area so you have to book a ride with the receiptionist but the fee is expensive. We went to 10 mins drive resto and we were charged S$18.00 for 2 way.

The guards and people in restaurant always suspicious to indonesian people.

A decent location far from the city center, with a standard resort atmosphere

A little run down but rather cheap. Service is rather slow. Nongsa point marina might be a better option.

Swift journey from Singapore(took less than 2hrs from home to check in) to a beach front resort at reasonable cost for total relaxation

Weekends seem to be definitely happening with more buffet options and people
Weekdays is filled with like minded quiet people which we loved

With limited time to get away , this was an awesome experience

Away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Amazing view of the beach. Some sea sports also available. Very nice place to relax and enjoy.

Excellent resort with courteous staff and a range of amenities. Perfect for a 1 night stay, just 30 minutes away from bustling Singapore. The rooms were clean, and big, and there are two swimming pools, and also a range of water sports activities. Restaurant is decent. A good photo-op is the promontory/jetty from the beach into the sea. Prices on Batam are also much lesser compared to nearby Bintan.

Even though not for staying, guests could come for trying lots of water sports/adventures, one is Parasailing. However, it depends on weather and water tides as we waited about 2 hours waiting for high tide for parasailing. Being located far from city, this resort offers peaceful and quiet ambience which is great for short get-away. Its beach's cleaner compared to other resorts I've been to. Lots of bench provided and few huts nearby the beach, which is good. Those're two pools, each is pretty huge thus barely would be crowded even tho on the weekend, imo. It's one of the resort which can give bunch of fun experience, I suppose.

Fantastic yet cozy Balinese feel in the middle of the jungle.

The overview was satisfying and relaxing as what a resort offers. You get what you paid for. The design and furniture in the room , bathroom and the balcony was simple and also pleasant to look at but those were not maintain and clean thoroughly. The accomdation was nice and there is some kind of scenery around the resort like the Jetty and the sea view. The staff was seen sweeping and cleaning areas regularly and dilligently. The atmosphere was peaceful and chilling if you are someone for it. Its a place to forget all the stress and worj Cons was that there was no water cooler or a place you can get drinking water. You could only request from the resort staff and someone will send to your room some bottles of mineral water. The sofa pillows and the sofa in the room and the balcony was not clean thoroughly and some remains of insects can be found. A long strand of female hair was found on one of the pillow when i carried it up. The bed and pillow was uncomfortable and i did not sleep well. The door was also poorly maintained and was partly faulty. The TS Cafe was also expensive and the food quality was below average. For the plate of Nasi Goreng Kampong i ordered, the satay was tough and hard to bite, the chicken wing was also hard to bite and the mutton was overcooked. Overall, the dish was quite tedious and hard to bite and chew.

Nice swimming pool, very nice and new facilities, with abundant water activities and nice beaches.

Resort needs a upgrade. Toilets by the swimming pool not in good condition but the staff are friendly

Room: Amazing and well maintained! The room is super huge and i love it a lot. However, i do hope that the fridge is colder and they start providing combs! Other than that, they are very considerate to hand out insect repellants and sprays to keep mosquitos away since the resort is near many trees.

Service: Great service from the moment we arrived! We were served with chilled ginger tea which tasted fabulous:) We can also call the front desk from our room easily and they respond immediately:) they speak english well and are very very helpful with any requests or questions.

Ambience and facilities: The resort has an amazing view. The beach is kept clean. They also have 2 pools and the emerald one is my favourite because it s cleaner and the water feels warmer. They also have water sports, but there is a need to check the timing the diff sports are conducted....zzzz

Food: This is the only downside to this resort... the food tasted really bad and overpriced for the quality. They also charge 21% in total for service and taxes in the restaurant....zzz
The food is so bad because they tasted bland, diluted, cold, and funny... at times they add so much sugar the food tasted so sweet. The pasta is so dry and didnt have anything else besides the noodles itself :( And it takes around 1 hr for all the food to arrive despite there being almost nby at the restaurant for dinner. Obviously everyone who knows tje quality and price of the food chose to go elsewhere to eat lol.

The buffet breakfast wasnt up to standard, more specifically the standard of a 4 star hotel. The food was oily and diluted once again. There werent many options as well. And they have a lot of staple food like beehoon, porridge, noodles, etc. But they lack in terms of side dishes because it s so limited... So overall, my entire family felt that the food there is so bad.... Not at all comparable to the food outside, let s say in Nagoya mall

Nice resort with sport activities and so nice beach. Very romantic atmosphere at the night.

A nice location for one or two nights. This is a family friendly hotel with big groups and lots of children. This would not be the place for a romantic couples getaways. The views are lovely.

Having a brief 3d2n stay, between Singapore and Phuket. First impressions are favourable. Staff are friendly, from the shuttle driver from the ferry to check-in to bar staff.
Yes it's getting a bit tired but still a lovely site. Not much of a beach but the pools are fine. Cannot wait to see it all lit up at night.
Poolside food was reasonable price and tasty.
Clientele are from very varied cultures, yet all very friendly.

Really enjoyed my stay there. The rooms were clean and well kept.

It was an okay resort I guess, good location to the beach, swimming pool. There should be enough to entertain young children. Now the negative: horrible dinner at indonesian restaurant (soup served cold! mosquito bites etc). Do not leave food in the room! We bought dinner in advance and left them in the room for short sunset walk and returned to find 3 geckos inside the plastic bag of our dinner! We have to throw the dinner away :(

If you're intending on just relaxing and not doing a hundred things on your getaway trip, this place will definitely serve the purpose!

Was there with my wife for 3 days 2 nights and we absolutely loved it.
Very nice rooms and accommodations, great variety of food. The only small minus is the price, all based on Singapore dollar and not Indonesian prices but over all highly recommendable.

Tirta rooms were really bad, cleanliness n hygiene problems..staff at reception needs to be more informed and empowered. Room information should be clearly mentioned on website.
On second day, our room was upgraded to riane side which were far better

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.. Bathroom also spacious, with hot shower but no Bathtub..
You can enjoy the pool and having a glass cold beer in the pool bar, or you can enjoying the calm beach with beautiful scenery...
Beware of the mosquito's, always close your nett door to avoid mosquito's enyering your room... In this place you can play many water activities such as jet ski, banana boat, etc..

Not for bringing baby with a stroller too many stairs, they could easily add facility for disability but they choose not to,,,

Its far away from other market, so its best for a getaway trip, shopping place is 30minutes away,

the saturday night BBQ is normal not many choices, not worth it, better dining at the restaurant, the live concert is excellent thought,

I could swim faster than the banana boat ride. That's my only beef with this place. Everything else was great. Lots to explore and nice place to relax for the entire day. The breakfast was very tastey. Also prepare to walk up a couple of steep hills.

1) Cats are seen sneaking into rooms. 2 cats sneaked into our rooms on the first night, and scare my friend whom have phobia for cats.

2) Mosquitoes can be seen flying around the rooms

3) Woke up with bugs bite all over. My forehead, face, ears, fingers, arms, thighs, legs, etc.
I'm not sure if that's bite from bed bugs but it looks like it.

4) Breakfast buffet choices is limited

For a weekend with a few friends it s ok. But buy everything from outside. Things are not cheap in the resort. Food is just ok. Nothing special. I won t stay for more than 2 nights as there is nothing special

Was here many moons ago...but return for a visit to the Nongsa Digital Park. The Turi Beach Resort is old but retains its idyllic beauty.

The place is good away from the crowds suitable for family vacations. Seashore
