Beautiful place, but the sea is contaminated by oil

I recently went on a weekend trip to turi beach and stayed at the riani wing for 2 nights. It was highly recommended by my sister who went there quite often. My stay there was wonderful. The room is clean and nicely furnished, the bathroom is very spacious and equipped with the basic amenities. The balcony has a leather sofa for guests to lounge and enjoy the sea view and breeze. The pool area is nice and clean and the food is excellent.

I especially want to recommend a Guest Service Assistant,Tora, who followed up closely with me for my entire trip. Tora gave me prompt updates and assurances throughout my booking. He takes special attention to make sure we are comfortable in our rooms.

I will definitely book with Turi Beach again!

Place was nice and clean, live band and staffs was good and friendly. But I feel the foods and massage here was overpriced. The price here is 1.5 times more exp than outside. And you can t find any mini marts/restaurant nearby the resorts becoz this is quite rural. So you can only eat inside the resorts unless you gonna pay for taxi to bring you out.

The place is cool, it's just that the Security is pretentious, ........................................ .................................................. .................................................. ......................

Nice cosy place for a getaway. Not the first visit and definitely not the last.

Friendly staff, relaxing environment, but remember to bring mosquito repellent as the resort is in the middle of rain forest, so it is common to have mosquitoes.
Restaurants are not fantastic, but overall the food quality is acceptable ( if you are not fussy on food).
The most strategic room locations are at the 2nd floor (start with 2xx). You get more privacy compare to 1st floor, and nice view to the swimming pool and beach.

Have a pleasant stay there. The bbq was delicious, but the breakfast just okay. We got a sea view room with beautiful scenery.

Stayed at Riani Deluxe room - beach facing! Lovely view of the beach. Well maintained property. Cheerful and smiling staff. Taming Sari Cafe and Nogusaya Teppanyaki Grill are good restaurants. TSPA is the in house spa and we got a nice relaxing massage. If you ask for a better deal, they do offer one and it comes to 10-15% lesser. They also a water sports arena called Cabana Club which has reasonable water sports available. Overall worth a weekend trip.

Room level is high and is tedious for children to go back hotel whenever we go for meals or swim even though I have requested for a low level.

The beach is dirty, pool is not clean and dirty bedsheet in room.

I used to come to turi beach once when I was a teenager and the experience was so great that makes me booked and bring my children this time round so eagerly, ended up is a disappointment for them.

A little change could make it much more better. For example, clear up some rocks and more space for white sands. Some decoration at the cafe spot is advised.

Things to improve:

More deck chairs & umbrellas by the pool side (Tirta), it is a waste with in sufficient umbrellas and deck chairs with such beautiful landscape.

There are some chairs and tables by the pool / beach that looks really old, it will be nice to have nicer ones that match the overall facade of the property.

Beach cleaning can be done more frequently, we see rubbish and plastics bags at the shore.

Other than that, its a beautiful resort. I will go back again if this little improvements can be done.

Stayed for 2 nights. Place is comfortable for short trip and since the beach is so close, you wake up to the sound of the waves.

Pros:
- easy access to and fro beach and rooms
- jet ski and banana boat ($$$)
- beach view
- free breakfast

Cons:
- Plates & utensils were so dirty in the breakfast cafe and the staff don t seem to care about feedback given to them
- Breakfast food is really oily but taste was alright
- Room to room phone volume is so soft that the other person is inaudible. The TV volume is also capped at 30
- shopping mall is ~45 mins drive away

Had a wonderful stay at Turi beach resort. Great value for the money, rooms are nice, pool is clean. The beach itself wasn't great, a bit marshy, but some places are good for a swim.

Ok place. Quite expensive and away from town. Couch had bed bugs

Great place for short getaway as it is only less than 1 hour ferry from Singapore. Room is clean and in good condition. Tons of activities/facilities available, e.g. swimming pools, sea sports, pool tables, etc.

I was on a business trip for almost 2 weeks and was accommodated in this hotel. I had a very nice and modern room. The area is very well maintained. In the morning there was a large and delicious international breakfast buffet. In the evening I ate very well in the hotel. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I can only recommend the hotel.

One of the best resort in batam with iconic beach view. Suitable for couples looking for romantic places and family with kids as well. Resort is far from city, very quite, clean and good for walk around. Also nearby with nongsa point marina which also offer similar thing with turi resort

Nice resort with lots of potential. Extremely friendly staff and very attentive. Unfortunately, the area is getting old, but rooms are well maintained and clean.

Good place, very good view. But eating at the ordinary nasi goreng restaurant 3 plates of Ama Aqua 3 bottles is a little more than 400rb, according to the class. Use your cellphone carefully here can roaming Singapore. Out of credit

Turi Beach Resort is the Good choice for the rendezvous place, for a couple, family or groups tourism. It the best choice if you require comfort peace place.

Good place, good people and good food. Just they need to build club house for guests.

Must Visit place in Batam. It has Water sports and Meal/daily packages. Scenic views and clear water. Don t miss this place if you are visiting Batam.

- mosquitoes especially at night but then again its within a rain forest so cant complain just be prepared and bring reppelent
- buffet at friday night could use with more selections
- minimal selection at mini mart , should be stocked with basic meds (offshelf) and basic drinks and sanitary needs

Nice and relaxing place and lovely staff. Far from everything except pool and beach. If you dont want to stay in resort, it is not your place. If you dont mind hanging at one place, it's a good value for your money.

The view is nice, this place is also quite secluded. Ideal for those who are looking for peace and serenity. It's a bit pricey but worth the price.

Very relax resort in Batam, 2 outside pool, sea and land activities, poolside dinner buffet and balcony resort villa, clean room and just good bathroom. 10 mins to ferry pier and 45 mins back to singaprore near airport. Enjoyed package and also 1 day tour included, great experenice

I was only there for a few hours, visiting a family. The pool is great, clean and large. It would be too far away from the city center, because here you are only dependent on the taxi or you have a car

Place is clean though watch out for nozzles all around. 3 starts because a green light tat indicated the emergency Light is okay in the room is very disturbing

- Can't swim without swimming suit. (They sell swimming suit. So go figure).
- Broken electronic (Some electric port doesn't work. Refrigerator doesn't work)
- A lot of mosquitoes around the area. (They even provide mosquito repellent in their rooms)

If you are not a guest, stop visiting for a short time. Was it Rp 200,000 for admission? Is required.

Recreation activities are great (esp ATV and Segway). Food is average but a bit expensive. Overall very good experience, staff was friendly

Service takes a while and repeat calls from the hotel room. Rooms are okay but not maintained neatly. Food is pretty good but definitely expensive. A bottle of water (500 ml) costs 3$. Taxi can be booked at reasonable cost from the lobby.

Structure showing its age. The location is interesting, but the whole leaves something to be desired. Friendly and helpful staff, but the offer is limited: from the breakfast (not very assorted), to the rooms (old and not very functional). It should be restructured and relaunched.

Very friendly resort staffs, however the buffet are very limited in selections and doesn't taste good. Other than frequent mosquitoes, the amenities and surroundings are still decent.

The location is suitable for holidays, to take a break from work fatigue, the view is good with the beach on the front side, suitable for consideration of vacation locations.
