When we arrived at the Lobby, a reception asked to leave a deposit of 150 thousand per person and we left a deposit of 150 thousand per person. But when I got to the bottom, and remembering the sun was going to set for a moment we took photographs at the poolside. At that time security in the swimming pool area, asked us to go directly to the restaurant. Even though we were taking pictures and after all we didn't ask for the location of the restaurant because we already knew. At that time I felt uncomfortable, because I indirectly forbade taking pictures. Very disrespectful. We feel disturbed, but we don't want to make a big deal about it. But one thing, I really did not receive a few moments later the security requested proof of payment to me with a disappointing attitude. I feel very disappointed. As if we were dark visitors. I know the regulations of every department in the hotel. I think that security should not treat us like that and should not ask for payment bills directly to us. Security and reception and other departments should work together to avoid misunderstanding.
