Went with my family and parents last week. Decent room and service. Price wise it was OK...I recommend you go!

If you are a foodie, avoid. The food is average at best.
Though a little pricey, Turi Beach Resort is a decent choice for those seeking a weekend retreat from Singapore or other nearby areas. The rooms are spacious, and most of them offer seafront views. Food is little on the expensive side, though there are inexpensive alternatives nearby such as Rezeki Seafood Restaurant and Amazon Seafood. The only downside: Doubt the coastal waters are actually safe for swimming, with the beach located close to busy shipping lanes.

Nice resort. Friendly staff. Unfortunately many mosquitoes suffer. But every now and then you see a bat and it is full of gekkos so they know how to handle those mosquitoes. Superb views. And beautiful rooms
This resort is huge and it is great for families, corporate or friends gathering. Plenty of rooms to accommodate everyone. It's next to the beach so you can play beach volleyball or just relax to work on your tan. They have a huge pool as well. There's a variety of rooms - bungalows style, apartment style. The toilets are big and clean. Beds are firm, pillows not so much.

But be prepared to face the mosquitos. Lots of them...
It's a beautiful place both reasonably cheap and great... compare to montigo resort of course is different but the price is also different..
Scenery is beautiful and rooms are comfortable. Other than that this place feels a little like a trap.
A trap because once you're checked in, you have no other choice but to dine every meal in the resort. This is fine if the food is great, but the food is expensive and mediocre and not sure if they set a ban, no go jek food delivery around here too. Only thing they can deliver is McDonalds and we paid $17 for that, not complaining since at least it's something different.
A can of beer costs $7.5 sgd before 21% tax so it's really very pricy.
Also I read very good reviews about the teppanyaki restaurant which turned out to be so disappointing and expensive.
I love the peacefulness and serenity and scenery at Turi beach resort but charging guests $7 per person for shuttle service to Nagoya is a little steep. I would gladly stay in the resort if there were more yummy food varieties and activities. Nice place but wasted not fully utilising the space it has for activities which could make travellers want to revisit.
Oh btw, they also made a blunder by wrongly charging food ordered to our room. Thankfully we paid everything and all meals by cash and we took photos of the food we ate.
Wonderful view from room. Clean and large rooms. Good service. The breakfast was ok and could be better. A very nice place overall.

Wonderful resort to chill. Filled with many activities as well. The only problem it s a little inconvenient as it s not near any malls. So I would advise getting the daily necessities first before checking in. View from the room is great as well
Romantic getaway with secluded beach, picturesque jetty, scenic private balconies, and friendly staff.
When I went there with my friends, the jetty was closed but other than that, the rest of the amenities were open for business. Even without the jetty to frolic upon , there was a lot of things to do. The pools are great and always cleaned, the bars are topped up and while not available all the time, still there when you need it. The breakfast menu is always great and the spread is vast so it doesn't get tiring fetching breakfast there. The accomodations a.k.a chalets are cleaned regularly by friendly staff and were in tip top condition when I booked in.
I brought my family to Batam for a short weeend stay, 1 night 2 room at Turi Beach Resort from Singapore. In general, we are quite happy with the Resort, enviornment is nice, and the Beach Front room is great. The room has a nice view, nice balcony and good interior. Again, we are generally very happy with the stay, and enjoy it. However, the quilt and pillow really ruin the perfection. They smell, and all of us can feel the smell easily, all the times. The quilt inner is quite dirty, in grey color, on the part exposed. BTW, the room we stayed were 207 and 210.
Although the rooms are not cheap, I would surely come back again if these dirty/smelly quilt and pillow can be changed.

The resort has spacious rooms and has two swimming pools. There's a private beach in front of the resort compound. Spa is also available.
Lights were not working in the room. Fittings and fixtures need a good clean scrub or renovation. Food was very poor during breakfast. Sausages were limp and unappealing, flavours were bland, no change in breakfast foods either, which makes a multi-day stay very monotonous.
Musty smelling rooms, carpets in common areas need cleaning. Staff are friendly and helpful, but not very pro-active. The "discotheque" feels like a morgue, with next to no party atmosphere. There is no life in the resort at all.
Don't think I will be coming back. These problems all existed when I first came two years ago, and none of the feedback I gave the previous time had been resolved. I can only imagine that the management and owners of this resort have no interest in making things better.
This is the last time I will be coming to Turi Beach, and will be telling friends not to go there either.
Big resorts. Equipped with all facilities. Two big pools facing the beach. The rooms are spread along the beach. The room size is big. You will have a lot of privacy. Hotel staff is very helpful. Minus one star for the pricey food and spa.
One of the value resorts in my opinion. With its facilities and private atmosphere, the price offered is quite attractive. Blue sky, blue sea, calm and comfortable atmosphere.
If you want to stay as well as enjoy the beach view, I recommend this place.
But for the beach when I came there was a lot of used oil on the beach, that really disturbed the view. But not all beaches.

Turi Beach Resort from Batam city only takes about 30 minutes. The place is by the beach and consists of villas. There are 5 levels. The first level is closest to the beach, and the 5th level is the most upward.

There are packages offered, from banana boats to snorkeling. The villa is also a model of a house on stilts. Clean and private enough. It's just that, for places to eat, the choices are limited. If you get bored at the restaurant at the resort, you have to go out again to Batam city.

When we arrived at the Lobby, a reception asked to leave a deposit of 150 thousand per person and we left a deposit of 150 thousand per person. But when I got to the bottom, and remembering the sun was going to set for a moment we took photographs at the poolside. At that time security in the swimming pool area, asked us to go directly to the restaurant. Even though we were taking pictures and after all we didn't ask for the location of the restaurant because we already knew. At that time I felt uncomfortable, because I indirectly forbade taking pictures. Very disrespectful. We feel disturbed, but we don't want to make a big deal about it. But one thing, I really did not receive a few moments later the security requested proof of payment to me with a disappointing attitude. I feel very disappointed. As if we were dark visitors. I know the regulations of every department in the hotel. I think that security should not treat us like that and should not ask for payment bills directly to us. Security and reception and other departments should work together to avoid misunderstanding. It is really unfortunate for a big and starred hotel, having employees who have no atititude, because I feel unacceptable I video everything, and plan to post to social media, after that I return to reception and take my deposit back because I feel disappointed and humiliated, I please with this incident, I ask the management and HOD security to prioritize the comfort of guests who visit there. It was very impolite

Better than expected - for rooms and facilities. Love the lush greenery and water sports here. Breakfast was a good spread though not much Indon cuisine. Dinner was a disappointment as they couldn't even get their national dish Nasi Goreng right. Happy Hours at the Island Bar was one for one drink - real value for money.

Its a breach front resort. Rooms are clean, modern, very comfy. Service level is 5 stars. Staff are always smiling, friendly and helpful.
I hosted a 3 Days 2 Nights yoga retreat Nov,2018 for 22 guests. No problem, no regrets or complain. Resort managers and staff assisted in various ways when necessary.
Its only 30 mins ferry time from Singapore, Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. Very convenient and easy to reach Nongsapura from SIN. Hotel will pick up from Nongsa Point. worth every try.
Quiet resort, away from the crowds, but there is no mini market to buy drinking water because the drinking water provided is limited. Good and friendly service. The condition of the room seems a little old-fashioned because the floor is made of wood. The location of the upper rooms is a bit far from the restaurant and is tiring because of the uphill road. The distance from the lobby to the parking lot is also a bit far and uphill, you should provide a vehicle for checking out. There are two swimming pools which are clean and spacious. Some water rides such as kanao and banana boat. Beach and environment clean. Restaurant food is pretty good and not too expensive. When the weekend is usually full.
We, local and foreign guests are not allowed or hindered by the taxi base there which incidentally also has a personal template as well and has its own monopoly
