Beautifully build property on a secluded pretty beach with blue waters. Rooms are spacious and all are facing the sea. Resort is offering good selection of activities (chargeable). Service while very friendly could be better, lacking a bit of maintenance as well as promptness or initiative.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Room condition also acceptable but we face some issues on room services. Morning buffet have much amount of foods but for dinner we used there manu with limited choices. And we traveled with 6month infant and didnt get any help or facility from the hotel, we managed our self everything.

I came here for a weekend with some friends and it was very enjoyable. The staff was extremely friendly and made it a great experience. The resort itself as nice and I liked the views from the room. The rooms were pretty basic but well kept and clean. In addition, the food was decent but not the best I have had. In fact, the room service took quite a long time.

It is very conveniently located near a Ferry Terminal which made it less stressful when finding the place and you definitely get good value for the money you pay.

I didn't stay here but will next time. The jetty bar was a great place to relax at the end of the day. The man behind the bar was Jandris and could not have been more pleasant

Gorgeous beach view and rooms. I had a sea facing room and woke up to the sound of waves. Food was not too bad, everything is clean and great.

We went for the day tour only on a Saturday. Place is not so crowded given it was a weekend. It was quite spacious, serene and lovely. We did not enjoy the beach so much because there is a lot of green moss substance on the shore and not as pristine as I expected. BBQ dinner is quite lovely. Lots of options, both Asian and Western dishes are available. Staff are polite, nice and generally prompt. There was a raffle draw towards the end of the dinner buffet and we won. Redeeming the raffle draw prize is nice reason to come back to the place.

Good resort with good price about 2500 bath/day almost luxury.

I have three days and two nights at tui beach. Premium room. Just arrived at the hotel, the scenery is beautiful, by the sea, like a painting. When we went into the room, I honestly said that I was quite disappointed. The specification in the room can only be regarded as Samsung. I thought it might be possible to add money for a room, but after I saw it, it was almost the same. Unless you add RMB 2,500 a night, it will be different. This is not the price that most people can accept. In terms of diet, the price is not cheap and not good. The fried noodles are OK. Others don't want to say. Free breakfast. Very simple, I have lived in the golden view of Batam. That hotel is only four stars, but the breakfast is far more than it is here. Regardless of the type, taste, and dishes. If it is a friend who comes here to take a photo with the sea, it is good, but don t hold any hope for accommodation. Very simple.

Good service, food was decent, rooms are quite nice, but way too many insects. Bring repellant.

It was a very great experience for me. Besides i got so much lesson how to be a discipline one. Do you know working in a hotel industry makes you realized how important the performance of yours? Because once you work in a hotel industry, the first thing that you have to pay much attention to is your performance. You have make it as steady as possible instead of your own passion. Nice place to hangout with family or lovebirds, relaxing place far from town, good bonding , beautiful beach and scenery super lovely, room cosy and nice to stay, friendly staff and helpful , breakfast so so need to be improve , Thank you for the hospitality

Great place but the stairs are hindering effective travel from point to point

A lovely resort facing the sea, with its own beach and bridge. There is a shuttle service leading to Nongsa Ferry Terminal to and from hotel. They also provide a taxi service to go into the city for shopping. Rooms are pretty great, clean. However walls are thin and because youre surrounded by nature, do expect that you'd be sharing your room with a lizard or two. A short walk along the beach will lead you to Nongsa Resort where there is a mini mart.

Location was near to the ferry terminal and easy accessible. The resort was peaceful and quiet for weekend getaway.

It's a beautiful beach resort. I like it very much. I have a visit here at week day. So, without too much people. It's very quiet. A good choice to come here not at holidays for the guys do not like noise. Will back again with families.

Great place to relax but quite run down at certain places. Lots of mosquitoes though. The unpleasant thing is that going to the spa and being slapped a government tax of 48% which is unbelievable.

Beautiful location for a short stress-relieving gateaway. So many activities to do by the beach as well. Didn't get to swing by the shore as the water level went down.

Hotel room was super spacious and gorgeous as well. Plus point for smokers as you may smoke at the foyer.

However, quite a distance to walk from the lobby to your hotel room.

Will be great if access for disabled people is added furthermore

a very nice beach resort for friends, families and couples. the breakfast platter was so-so but the dinner was good. the only con is they should have more than just 1 drink, which is cold water. any other drink, you have to buy. the room is good though the view from the balcony was blocked by a tree as you can see from the pic i've shared. i was greeted by 4 huge lizards in the room and when i step out to the balcony during early evening, bats were flying all over the place. "anjat boboi". but i totally understand this as the area is quite forested. but anyways, i had an enjoyable stay. and oh, do buy your tidbits for munchies at night before coming to this resort coz the location is kinda far off.

Resort is conveniently located near the ferry terminal, Staffs are very responsive and ready to help with smile. Food was not as per our expectations, we are vegetarian and was told that they have Indian vegetarian options available but it was very bad. Will not recommend this place to Indian vegetarian family, for those having no food preferences it could be a very nice weekend getaway.

just checked in at turi beach resort today and I can safely say that this has been the most frustrating day ever. waited forever to get checked in, and when the room was finally ready, there was a mattress that was left outside our room window. Later we proceeded to lunch at their restaurant, ordered and waited for our food for more than an hour. waiters just waved us off and dismissed us when we asked where our orders were. Poor service and always over promising and under delivering. never again.

Still beautiful .... Swiming pool ... spacious clean ... Service Ok ... Food value 7.5 out of 10

just how cool is this batam ... why is it that when I was there, why hasn't there been this ...,,,

The place is nice and comfy with friendly staffs attending to you. Getting around may be hard and sometimes the food choices may get limited. But its still alright to eat at the cafe or head out the malls. The cabana adventure area has a few activities as well so it can be a rather exciting vacation. Otherwise, just stayin at the resort and chilling in the pool is cool too. Just bring some food in if you are rather fussy with food!

Quite far from the main city. If u want to order grab food would take more than an hour. Trust me. But this place is good for relaxing with family. A bit rundown. But the room is clean. The air on is not so strong but there are fan that is helpful. The service is excellent.

The atmosphere is very good. Hotel Beach is a quiet, romantic and luxurious resort, with a little more waves and less swimming.

Good beach view. But the villas area is too dark at night and the swimming pool close at 6 pm? They need to open it till at least 10pm IMO..

For the price compared to the room, the experience and the food is only worth 2 stars, love 3 stars for the service which is quite okay. The food at the restaurant is expensive but it tastes nothing. Usually the recommended menu is delicious, order everything that has a recommended sign but it fails ... the pizza is not good, the nasgor has no flavor, the cheese burger is just the same as the Hamburg bread and it doesn't use pickles or whatever. The food is really minus :) if asked back or not, the answer is obviously nope! (if you pay yourself) except there may be an invitation. There are still many okay resorts in Batam and surrounding islands

A good resort with lot of sport activities and pretty beach. Had a nice stay, rooms are fine too. Swimming pool definitely needs renovation as it looks old and water wasn't clear at times.

8 years ago , this resort took advantage of me and my friends, we were all students. During check out they added additional fees and threatened to not allow us to leave , threatened to not allow us to book taxi and then squeezed every single cent out of our pocket.

I still rememeber we were gonna miss our boat .

I will never forget that incident , and I promise to gather another 99, 1 star. This is just the beginning

A safe place, comfortable for families who want a vacation and calm down ..... beautiful scenery ....

the staff were very friendly and the rooms were very nice. however there were too many steps and might not be good for people who have problem walking. overall the place was decent and very chill. very lovely place !
