An outstanding hotel. Beautiful rooms, great breakfast. Lovely staff.
Waiter is very, very kind, so I like their dedication and smile!
Great location very close to the cathedral square
Outstanding service
Wonderful hotel
A charming hotel right smack bang in the centre of Florence. Walking distance to everything you want and about 1 minute from the Duomo.
Nice rooms and a free dinner if you stay longer than 3 nights. A very nice dinner it was too...
My wife and I stayed only 3 days but we had a great time. The reception has pampered us since the day of arrival, in particular Mrs. Antonella, pretty and very kind. The room was not very large but very comfortable, clean and well exposed with windows on Via dei Calzaiuoli. Very beautiful and romantic hotel, as well as historical, and above all well located: in a few steps you can reach all the places of major interest. Rich breakfast in the morning and I also think a great restaurant that we have not experienced because we have always preferred to eat out in some typical little place. The only problem is parking, which is not on site, but the reception is in charge of bringing the car to a garage in the center and then having it brought back if necessary. I highly recommend it to everyone.
I came acquired for no anniversary. You have loved me The sevicisio. The concierge is very attention. They brought me a bottle of prosecco for the first day and for my birthday.
Excellent hotel, location, breakfast, dinner, service, no complaints!
The hotel is located right in the city center, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the restaurant excellent. Recommended.
perfect in every way:- location, comfort, service and food.
Wonderful hotel all very kind to come back ... wonderful room
Hotel incantevole in un palazzo storico nel centro di Firenze.
Personale molto disponibile e sempre attento al cliente.
Camere pulitissime e dotate di ogni comfort.
Semplicemente perfetto!
Good food good service. Office in the only ancient tower of Florence. To visit the museum and the archaeological excavations
Nice hotel, friendly people. Dutch speaking employee. Delicious breakfast, nice rooms, good beds. Ideal location right in the center.
Beautiful hotel in historic building. Rooms can have an odd layout but are very nice.
Very good and courteous staff. Very good rooms and a rich breakfast are offered. The hotel offers a superior service and provides this as well. It is not a hotel for the 08/15 tourist.
Can not recommend this hotel enough. When on holiday in Florence, I fractured my ankle and could barely walk. We had to change hotels, as our previous hotel was up 3 flights of stairs I could not possibley climb.
They were amazing, helping when coming and going from the hotel and even hired me a wheel chair so I could leave the hotel.
Great staff, nice rooms and fabulous service. Alin was specifically kind and always helpful!
Will 100% be back once the ankle is healed up! :)
Pro's: Super hotel in super location, next to everything. Wonderfull building, very nice combination of old building and moder design. Good breakfast, not exceptional, for sure with great service. Good minibar
Con's: some missed elements in the room desing, rece[ption can't be runned by one person, sometime waiting time is not acceptable.
Excellent hotel. Great breakfast. Great guest attention. But the best indeed, is the location!
Romantic, next to the cathedral, exquisite service and facilities
The pictures are accurate. Walk a few minutes to center of city and all tourist attractions. Food was good, service was excellent, accommodations was a bit small but decor was beautiful and you will spend all your time outdoors. amazing location!
Excellent five-star hotel, which fit perfectly into the facade of a historic building. Location - just great, wonderful restaurant and rooms. We really liked the hotel! We want to go back there.
Great property. Needs to be managed better. With multiple elevators connecting multiple buildings at different levels and poor signage, most hotel guests have trouble reaching their rooms. This is all compounded by a very indifferent staff. Alain from the concierge was the only helpful person and full of cheer in an otherwise gloomy front office at the hotel. On the other hand, the breakfast place was excellent - great options and very good service.
Hotel in the center, elegant and well cared for, excellent restaurant service
emblematic hotel in Florence
a great experience and excellent location
The Hotel is well located in the center of Florence. The rooms are very comfortable, beautiful and with all the necessary facilities for a great stay.
Staying at Hotel Brunelleschi has me spoiled. The staff is kind, attentive, and treats you like you are the only guest in the hotel. The amenities are superb and the rooms are elegantly appointed. This place is a gem.
Highs general levels with staff and peers properties
Hotel Brunelleschi is a good hotel wow

Attention to detail, beautiful structure, divine breakfast and in the center, super recommended.
We could not have been happier at hotel Brunelleschi. The service was fabulous with our concierge, Paulus, particularly wonderful and helpful. They were especially helpful when our bags took 24 hours to be delivered from the airport! We brought our two teenagers (16 and 18) and stayed in an upper-level suite with a fabulous view of Il Duomo. The food was delicious and servers bent over backwards to make certain that each of us was happy with meal, etc. especially thankful for Demetrio at breakfast. Everyone was able to assist us in English, as our Italian is especially dreadful to nonexistent. We could not be happier with the experience at hotel Brunelleschi, or Florence in general, and would come back to the same hotel if in Italy again.
A marvel at the scepter of Florence.
Rooms suffer from the noise of tourists at night, otherwise all perfect
Great location, very friendly staff and warm service ( most of them). Terrible wifi though
Enchanting historical setting, a very comfortable and well-run luxury hotel
Amazing location, very close to the duomo & walking distance to all the main attractions.
The hotel itself is house in an ancient building with some old the oldest towers in Florence. It is well appointed with a nice bar/restaurant.
Breakfast is fairly standard, with little frills, although good service. The rooms themselves are well appointed & comfortable.
This is a great hotel. My experience with the hotel was wonderful except for 3 main things.
1: The layout of the hotel was confusing. To get to my room, I had to go up an elevator, walk down a hall, turn, get into a different elevator, go up a flight of stairs, walk down another hallway, and then finally got to my room.
2: The consigliere got my train ticket wrong. I wanted a train with a dining car and a first class seat, and I paid extra for it. I got a coach seat with no dining car.
3: You can only pay in cash when ordering train tickets. I ordered train tickets for about 200 euros, and the hotel, which has a credit card machine, told me that I could only pay in cash. I had to use all of my cash for my vacation instead of just using a credit card.
Asides from that, the hotel was amazing. The breakfast was good, the room was beautiful. It has historical value as it is the oldest building in Florence. The consigliere, Paulus was super nice. Overall great hotel!
We are currently staying at Hotel Brunelleschi and it is fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the front desk was as pleasant as can be and check in took under two minutes. The hotel manager came out to personally welcome us and our bags were taken straight to our room. We were given a quick overview of the hotel and tour of our room. Breakfast in the morning is amazing and included as well.
This is by far one of the nicest and most charming hotels I've stayed at in a long time! I will definitely be coming back!
We had booked the B&B Palazzo Ruspoli requesting separate beds but once we arrived after asking if we wanted separate beds we got a free upgrade to the Brunelleschi hotel, the room had the beds together and it was not the best, small on the mezzanine floor inside, however, compared to what we had booked it was still a nice leap in quality, if only for the excellent breakfast and the welcome and the common areas from 4-star hotels, excellent location, friendly desk staff, staff housekeeper ignored the "do not disturb" sign and remade the room anyway.
Soggiorno fantastico.
Tutto perfetto!
Consiglio la visita al piccolo museo privato.
It was a very nice place to stay. Near all the shops and stores. Near museums. Front desk are awesome very helpful and speak english very well. The rooms are great but little smaller and they don't have iron in the room. The breakfast was great. Very clean and cozy.
Elegant, refined and exclusive hotel located between the Duomo and Piazza della Signoria. Exceptional rooms, excellent restaurants and very kind, welcoming and very professional staff at the complete disposal of customers.
Absolutely recommended.
A beautiful hotel and 2 minutes from the duomo, we loved being here, we plan to return.
Beautifully Located in the heart of Florence! Near just about everything we wanted to see. Great dichotomy of old and new architecture with a rich history you can feel when you're there. Good to very good breakfast and a nice sitting area in front of the hotel for a nightcap and to rest our legs. Only downsize was the size of our room (tiny)..all else was 5 star!
Beautiful hotel, comfortable, clean rooms, staff was so friendly and helpful, always very cheerful, an amazing breakfast buffet, the best we ve seen in our travels through Europe. We will definitely be back!
My only question is as follows; why is Hotel Brunelleschi only four stars and not five stars? This hotel is amazing. It s beautiful! The staff are so friendly. The rooms are spacious and modern, yet very classy. The restrooms are modern with a rainfall showerhead. I will only be staying here in the future. By far the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to Italy.
Nice rooms, very central location, building has a lot of history.breakfast was great.
The most satisfying thing is that this big room is really big, very clean, really good.
Wonderful hotel. I would not recommend the casual on site restaurant. For the cost you can do much better. The room was incredible though.
We stayed in the Tower Suite and it felt great. Children love it and we have a great view of the cathedral. Great location, you can walk to almost anywhere from the hotel. Everyday breakfast is good, food kids are willing to eat. The staff is very helpful. We have recommended this hotel to our friends many times and will stay here later.
Elegant hotel. Very helpful staff. Rooms are small but nice.
The content is very well exposed and the view from the terrace is impressive, better at night, it is more welcoming.
It is very modern, great breakfast, good tv channels, they give you water and it has a very nice bathroom
This is a first class hotel in every way. We had a deluxe room on the 2nd floor. Whilst there was no view from the windows, the room itself was fantastic. Staff are the best I've ever dealt with anywhere in the World. We will definitely be returning.
Lovely hotel-fantastic staff-who go out of their way to give excellent service.Great position to visit the city.
Would love to return sometime
Fantastic, in the heart of Florence and the hotel is great ...
Fantastic! Service is truly amazing. Breakfast and location were great. Would highly recommend to anyone!!
Structure right in the center! Friendly and professional staff! Comfortable rooms, excellent restaurant.
Courtesy, comfort and cleanliness one step away from the cathedral. It's really worth it
Very well kept rooms, central location and excellent for visiting the city center.
Refined hotel in the center of Florence, just a stone's throw from all the most important places of culture and leisure. Night tranquility and unparalleled view of the dome of the Duomo from our bedroom window. Excellent reception, friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff. I warmly thank Mr. Catani for the very kind gifts for my partner's birthday, which have contributed to making our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended. Certainly our return to the next vacation
MISSED ONLY FILIPPO BRUNELLESCHI!
The great Philip was missing but the stay at the Brunelleschi Hotel allowed me to live in the harmonious and serene atmosphere of the Florentine Renaissance;
I would like to thank all the people who were "present" during my stay, ladies waiter at the Director and the people at reception and I would also like to say a thank you "special" to Mr. Alin, who with patience and kindness has solved a small technical problem in my room and always with a smile.
The hotel is the gateway to Paradise and who knows if they'll let us find a breakfast so delicious ... waiting to verify it the best thing is to come back and come back to the Brunelleschi hotel again!
Thanks and congratulations to all!
