This is truly a wonderful boutique hotel well located in the middle of everything but tucked quietly away. Great combo. We were lucky enough to get a room during a busy period when our reservations elsewhere were messed up. The staff is first rate and we recommend them highly.

Suggestive location in the heart of one of the most beautiful Italian cities of art. The ancient Torre della Pagliazza, which is the symbol of the hotel, houses the Saint Elisabeth, a truly excellent gourmet restaurant. I also suggest a "descent" into the basement where there are Roman excavations and a small collection of majolica.

My girlfriend and I have stayed in these hotels since ours was under renovation; what can I say, fantastic experience, excellent hospitality. The room was very clean and every time we came back everything was in order with lots of water near the bedside table and biscuits. The abundant breakfast, you could choose between what was present on the counter and there was an additional menu (congratulations to the chef). Great location and the friendliness of the waiters was amazing
Have I stayed in more modern, fancier rooms? Yes. Have I ever stayed in a more interesting hotel? No. Have I ever stayed in a hotel with a better location. No. It's a delightful place to stay in a magical city.

Amazing experience. My boyfriend and I slept in a beautiful room where they also supplied us with free bottles of water and welcome chocolates. The clean room and with all the necessary comforts.

The breakfast was excellent and plentiful where the kind waiters made us coffee and served us fruit juice. Breakfast was included in my package and there was either the buffet, baskets of croissants or the a la carte menu (congratulations to the cook).
I highly recommend this hotel where the location is really great and is right next to the Florence Cathedral.
If I go back to stay again on the next occasion? Of course yes!
Extraordinary hotel. Everything from check in to checkout was excellent. Most accommodating front desk..bellmen... The rooms were clean and inviting. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Was also centrally located. The breakfast was beyond compare....champagne for a mimosa..a smoothie bar..they thought of everything.

A wonderful experience, the staff is very kind and welcoming, especially Raffaele Biagiotti. The hotel is very close to everything and the suite with the view of the Duomo seems to almost touch it. The bed is very comfortable too, which is not easily found. We look forward to retiring.

The hotel Brunelleschi is located in the perfect location.... to everything. Their concierge booked the perfect tours/gelato pizza making, Dinner at the Opera, transfers to Positano....On and on we will see them next June or sooner if at all possible,incredible experience!!!

Hotel in the heart of Florence, restaurant with the highest level of cuisine.
Entrance could be a bit difficult to find; located within tall walls and narrow passages. Pretty fancy place. Breakfast is served from 7:00AM - 10:30AM. Quite delicious food choices compared to other hotels we've been in around Europe. Interiors are a fusion of antique amd modern design. Gym is available till 9:00PM. Staff are professional and classy, lacking a bit of a friendly face in my opinion.
In this hotel you can feel that you are welcome and the overall impression from the service to the food is just brilliant, you can feel the feeling of vacation and enjoyment. The rooms are well equipped and the small details in the room make everything complete .. Only to be recommended, if you complain here, you are not satisfied with your life .. Stayed here three times now. A great central location for Florence and the train station (if you want to explore further). The rooms are very well appointed, the staff are excellent and the breakfast is truly epic.

Me and my wife were in florence for one night as a part of our anniversary trip and it was indeed the most memorable stay.
The hotel itself is a gem.
The staff was super friendly and service oriented.
They were able to upgrade us to the junior suite and it was phenomenal.
Attention was paid to make even the minutest details perfect.
It was indeed my wife's dream hotel stay!

We had an amazing experience at Hotel Brunelleschi. We were greeted by the staff at check-in and it was apparent that you were being treated as an important customer. The room was amazing, the location of the hotel was great, only about 2 blocks from the Duomo. I want to say that Paulus and Chiara were so helpful and friendly. Note that everyone was exceptionally helpful and friendly. It was also nice that they had a workout facility onsite. If and when I return to Florence, I would stay at this hotel again.

Hotel nice but very uncomfortable position for those who reach it by car, considering that it is almost mandatory to use a garage, whose daily rate is 39 euros. Our very small room and a moons that covered part of the tv.Letto very comfortable. Unfriendly staff at the reception.
Truly amazing like a 5-star hotel. Really nice staff. Located in the heart of Florence between the cathedral and Piazza della Signoria. If you use the parking service you can arrive in front of the hotel and leave the car at the parking attendant.

Ideally clean and good value for money budget hotel. friendly and helpful staff. Centrally located for shopping, eating out etc. I highly recommend it.
Front desk Staff were rude and unhelpful. Only suggested restaurants that were full of tourists. Ordered a Manhattan at the bar and the bartender didn t know how to make one resulting in a drink made mostly of vermouth. Great breakfast, comfortable room but listening to staff complain about being overworked during the holidays was annoying. Location was great but too many hiccups to justify a return.
One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Europe. Very nice rooms, excellent A/C and the breakfast was top notch. The staff was 5-star as well. Only complaint is the Wifi reception was terrible, but I won't let that take away for the wonderful experience we had at this place. Truly 5 star.
