Incredible Hotel-
Top Service levels I had not experienced before. The bar is one of those places one will never forget

Stayed there for two days for business and am thrilled. St. Moritz is great at all but the beautiful hotels make it really valuable

It s a grand place. And with the Alps all around you, the beauty just increases manifold. The interiors are luxuriously designed and taken care of. Friendly staff, and an even friendlier owner...

Room and bed excellent. The staff in the check-in area, in the wellness area and in the room was outstanding. Breakfast service is chaotic and not coordinated. Orders go under or come after an hour. Ok, corona virus or not, I've been in 3 and 4 star hotels for the past few weeks, so it wasn't that messy. There is still room for improvement for a 5 star hotel, therefore only 4 stars from me.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Badrutt's Palace. Every member of the staff was helpful and friendly from the time we were picked up at the train station. Courteous and professional concierge staff provided good recommendations on activities and restaurants. Outstanding breakfast in the hotel's main dining room. Beautiful pool and spa area with the famous jumping rock. Kids had a great time at the children's day camp. Will definitely be back!

Just for the weekend Snow polo event. Beautiful just happy to spend time with the girls for tea and coffee. Service was attentive and professional!

Dinner was absolutely flawless. Fantastic service, the best for and unsurpassed ambiance. The Palace is the best again.

We certainly made up for any exercise by eating our way through the hotel's many restaurants - the Dama Bianca pizza at Chesa Veglia is an absolute must!! And for anyone looking for a touch more extravagance - Le Restaurant and it's service, flaming your meal in front of you cannot be missed.

We did not have a room there, just looked at the hotel and what we saw was great. Great beautiful large rooms and beautifully equipped with old furniture, grandfather clocks and grand pianos. Beautiful.

Beautiful evening in his restaurant "Le Relais" with a breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains. Very good neat, generous dishes, good cooking, with special mention for the chocolate-caramel-coffee tart. Only downside: the wines offered were only correct.

It is and remains an institution among the 5 star hotels. Special flair and ambiance.

Beautiful ambience, the staff is very attentive and courteous. Also extra requests are not a problem. I really liked the rich breakfast accompanied by harp music. We would love to come back!

Very expensive but great atmosphere. Enjoy an afternoon tea and watch the really wealthy people of this planet.

Although it was mountain view, the view was good and I enjoyed morning walk, yoga, pool, restaurant, etc.

Horrible service at pool restaurant. Waited more than an hour for tuna tartare which never came in the end. Uncommitted arrogant waiters.

Probably the first hotel in St Moritz historically definitely the first hotel because Badrutt's is also the founding hotel for St Moritz. Ideal for skiers, horse racing lovers (White Turf) and RR owners in the middle of the village. Recommendation at any time also suitable for families top.

Expensive but worth a visit if only for a glass of champagne. The atmosphere is great and the service excellent and friendly.

Badrutt's Palace is a beautiful hotel with amazing views in a great location.

We enjoyed our room and living area; the room was spacious and the bedding was quite comfortable. Our bathroom was immaculate and I enjoyed all the outlets fixed for international guests with voltage.

The business center was easily accessible and high speed internet was available across the hotel.

The staff was friendly, knowledgable about the local area and quite helpful for all of our needs. I enjoyed the cuisines and beverage selection every morning for breakfast.

The only thing of note, is that my room view was less than desirable. My room was lovely but overlooked a roof and was quite ugly. Since it was high season, there where no other alternate rooms. Since we spent little time in the hotel room, it was not a deal breaker, but I would of liked a nicer view.

Elegance and atmosphere of other times in the heart of St. Moritz

Majestic, top service hotel. The staff go above and beyond. The views are spectacular from Lake side facing room. The beds are so comfortable. The food is delicious just ask and you shall receive. I've had the best time every and recommend to all.

Really nice 5 hotel in the Swiss Alps... traditional & "belle epoque" style... maybe a bit too over rated

Front desk service is excellent. However, sadly dining experience did not meet expectations. Moreover, famous tea service was also marginal at best. I've had better tea service in Paris, London, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Chicago, New York and even Dallas. Frankly, this was one of the low points of visiting St. Moritz.

Five star hotel with tradition. Badrutt's Palace Hotel was opened 122 years ago (2018). The service is outstanding and so are his guests.
