Outstanding hotel. Can't wait to return. The staff was incredible - caring, attentive, courteous and they went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one from excellent restaurant recommendations, directions, helping us confirm reservations to extra services such as helping us ship items home. The hotel itself beautiful. Well appointed, lovely rooms, modern amenities with old world charm. This is a FIVE STAR hotel. You will not be disappointed.

Impeccable service, beautiful and well-kept hotel. The location is very convenient, you arrive at the station in a few minutes and it is central so you can reach everything on foot. We had a great time and the staff are very helpful! After check-out they gave us availability to leave the suitcase in their luggage room and in case of waiting (we had to take the train) we waited for the time in their beautiful living room with even a bathroom available! Really wonderful: services, hotel and staff! Absolutely recommend !!

Absolutely divine hotel in my absolutely favorite city in the world. If you're from Texas, Florence feels like Austin but on another level! Its a big town with a small town feel. Nothing like Roma. I could come here every year.
Our stay in Florence was so action packed with a great hotel, beautiful sights, delicious food and a warm welcome from all of the staff at Hotel Brunelleschi. It was so nice to have hard working and thoughtful staff greet us daily on our way in and out of the hotel and make our morning breakfast a healthy delight with a variety of delicious breakfast items.
Today, with my wife and our little dog chihuahua in less than three pounds, he kept in his bag, had lunch at their "Osteria la Pagliazza" restaurant, when we arrived (yesterday afternoon March 29 we were already went to see where he was, doing note that the day after we had a reservation at the restaurant and we were with the dog) today at 1.00 pm kindly Mr. Alessandro has informed us that the hotel's policy is, you do not accept the presence of dogs. they pointed out that at the time of booking, almost a month ago, we signaled the presence of a dog, we were told politely that they did not appear. The hotel advertises that there is also an outdoor terrace for lunch, but it really is not set up. Moral of the story, they kindly refused us. For a serious hotel that boasts of having 4 stars, our reporting would not escape, for a serious hotel that boasts 4 stars, when you realize that you made a mistake, instead of politely decline the customer who has already paid through Groupon, strives to find a place to have customers lunch on a Saturday at 13.00, in a Florence full of tourists. I urge all animal lovers not to consider this structure. We have Florence we stayed in another 4-star hotel, to be fair I do not say the name of the structure, that not only are dogs welcome, but they do find their kennel plus bowls.
The room was spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I also recommend the hotel restaurant. Everything was delicious.

It is an expensive hotel, the breakfast is as good as the price of the stay, and the room condition and housekeeping are wonderful. However, all the reception staff can not see their smile and smile at breakfast and dinner. Therefore, we can not raise the rating. The reception staff is excellent. But if you are not greeted at the reception, which is the face of the hotel, and do not have any eye contact, it is the first spring.
I was a guest at a wedding dinner. Perfect food and great service, very elegant but poorly lit environment, although it is certainly the right environment for those looking for luxury experiences.

I stayed at Hotel Brunelleschi for almost a week for a World Championship in February and it couldn't have been more perfect. The staff and front desk, especially Mario, were so attentive. The juice bar at breakfast and the Michelin Restaurant were wonderful. This is truly a 5 Star Hotel and it was a treat to stay there. They even sent me champagne for winning another World Championship! How cool is that! I can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel, spacious updated rooms with many amenities. Helpful and gracious staff made our visit very pleasant. Without asking, we were upgraded to a junior suite. Would highly recommend this hotel!
Amazing location and room. The staff was helpfully and super friendly. We ran into a couple of staff members while out on the streets and they still said hello and treated us very nicely. The breakfast was great and our view was stellar.

Great location, helpful staff, good food. Make sure you book a superior room because the basic rooms are tiny. Lovely building with lifts but multi-levels make it a little difficult for disabled travellers.

Lovely hotel centrally located in the middle of florence. Close to the museum, pizza and shops. Staff extremely friendly and good local knowledge of the area and where to visit or eat. Would recommend this hotel and would come back.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Florence. My wife and I stayed here while we were in Florence and they treated us like rockstars! The hotel is one block from the Duomo and a few blocks from everything else you want to see in Florence, including the train and bus station. The staff and accommodations we're top notch. I highly recommend!
Location located in the center with comfortable rooms, friendly and professional staff! The property has 2 restaurants! I had dinner at the Santa Elisabetta restaurant and I had a wonderful evening and the dishes were delicious!
