Can not recommend this hotel enough. When on holiday in Florence, I fractured my ankle and could barely walk. We had to change hotels, as our previous hotel was up 3 flights of stairs I could not possibley climb.
They were amazing, helping when coming and going from the hotel and even hired me a wheel chair so I could leave the hotel.
Great staff, nice rooms and fabulous service. Alin was specifically kind and always helpful!
Will 100% be back once the ankle is healed up! :)
