Pool side of the hotel. The pool have 2 parts, for the adult side and children side. The pool is not deep, so still good for people learning to swim.

Pretty good view from our room. But poor cell signal in room. Have to use wifi. Hotel wifi is free though. Thats a plus point.

Stayed here overnight and was delighted. The room was spacious and well equipped. The minibar snacks and beverage costs is also at a reasonable price. Breakfast spread is also good. Lots of choices and also tastes good. Only downside is the egg corner, when I asked an omelette, they put the cheese just before they took it out of the pan. And therefore it doesnt melt and still a bit hard. Both omelettes that me and my husband ordered was in the same condition. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again with our childrens in the near future.

The room is clean, the service is really ok. Coincidentally, my father's birthday, then we req ask for a cake .. Ehh when the house crew was very tired until shocked. Thank you so much. We are so appreciate it ..

A 4 star parking hotel is not okay because the hotel is at the top, just ordinary food.

One of the selected hotels, close to shopping centers, Medan City Government center, Mosque, DPRDSU, if you want to jog in the morning or evening there is a fortress field.

The hotel is sandwiched between the Palladium Mall and UPH ... the waiting room is pretty clean and comfortable ... the lift is available ... for the room facilities I don't know because I only eat here ... here also provides a wedding reception on the same floor as the kitchen ...

Come here today for an iftar from the office. Menu of Malays that is complete and has many choices. Takjil, cake and cakes are delicious. The soup is pretty good. The staff and servants are also very friendly. Only the main coursing dish is lacking in the tongue. Grilled chicken and meat for the Briyan Rice are less spicy. The room for the buffet is also rather narrow.

Located in the city center, very close to shopping centers and the airport destination train station. But the traffic is crowded almost every hour.

What I love most about Aryaduta in every branch in Indonesia is their great services and their warm hospitality. As in Aryaduta Medan, strategic location, great foods makes this hotel will always be one of my fave place to stay in Medan

Stay on 3rd to 3rd. February 6, 2016.
The lobby is on the 9th floor, the other elevator is broken.
On February 4, 2016 breakfast was disturbed by hair. When my complaint was responded quickly, I just replaced one place.
Bed is still decent, but the pillow is not worth it. Lighting is good, the bathroom is good minus the exhaust fan is dead. Wifi the best. The best TV channels without 'ants' using BigTv (there are 2 remote controllers, tv and receiver).
Advantages:
1. Integrated with the mall.
2. The 'Merdeka walk' culinary center and sport are only a 10-minute walk away.
3. Hotels around: Santika, Grand Aston, Jw Marriots, etc.
4. Offices and Central Government, Mayor, DPRD.
Suggestion:
1. Monitoring the cleanliness of the menu.
2. Time to replace facilities that are less feasible.
3. Provide Welcome Drink (of course local wisdom: Tarutung Bandrek).

I am very sure the manager will do the best, sorry if there is something wrong, I am not defeated. It's easy One time I returned.

Staffs very good, location excellent on the center of city, bfast very standard and limited option.. no pasta no japanese food, special remark for egg corner with delicious omelette.

The entrance of the hotel is a bit weird, overall is a very nice hotel with the rooms on top of the building, swimming pools & gyms

The company has already paid, is still asking for proof of travel documents, asking for the deposit to be taken in the mini bar, not given the room. Poor services

definitely my hotel choice whenever visiting Medan. Been to other hotels but the swimming pool in Aryaduta is the best one. Nurhayati from sales was a great help when arranging our room reservation. Will be back for sure

Less sense of hospitality, especially the banquette team. I was still having lunch, and they were clearing up all the food. Although less people were having lunch, it was still lunch time, and they should give notice before clearing up the food. Too rude, and too bad.

For dropping or picking up in the lobby, the parking is rather difficult ... when parking in the lobby, the sllu is closed with a cone ... as if we have to pay more for parking ...

Nice hotel. Unfortunately the food not as expected if comparing to the other branch of Aryaduta. The breakfast's menu almost the same each day, lunch are standard.

How much does a gym cost? Don't have to check in right?

Great location and good amenities! Rooms are clean and well maintained, however some rooms stink of cigarettes smell. It is stated that they fine IDR 1 Mill for smoking in the room but seems like they keep the money and didn't do proper cleanup afterwards

Great hospitality, location is a plus if you have business in the city district. Room is spacy clean though the hotel seems a bit old.
