Slow response for any room request. The room is great and beautiful swiming pool setup

Hotelnya strategis sebab terintegrasi dgn mall. Tp yaitu kalo mau parkir muter2 tinggi. Dan katanya parkir tetap bayar ya.

Kamar cantik dan elegan, sebagian ruang utama berlantai karpet, sy suka. Ada TV tp terlalu kecil. Ada jg beberapa lemari besar di kamar. Kebetulan dpt view kolam renang cukup oke. Sayang akses ke kamar jauh bgt muter2 dr lift. Selain itu, depositnya gede bgt nginap 2 malam di sini kena satu juta.

Kamar mandi gak terlalu besar, gak suka sm shower air yg nampak kuno. Dengan 2 kran putar, shower stuck di tempat (hampir nempel tembok lg), dan terpenting tdk perlu kran wudhu. Aminitiespun sederhana sekali dgn kemasan kertas. Bahkan hair dryer tdk ada. Kalo dibilang Bintang 5, rasanya byk yg lbh bagus dgn harga bersaing deh.

Paling menarik, ada timbangan badan di kamar mandi

Makanan di hotel ini top bgtt. Benar2 cerminan 5 stars. Menu beragam, enak, dan pegawai ramah. Terutama ada mashed potatoes duh br nemuin ini. Mantul deh.

Unfortunately the parking facilities are less convenient and too business oriented ... especially for other "subscription, different from hotel" travels that provide free parking specifically for guest customers

The bathroom door is closed tightly, it can't be opened from inside, because it's broken. Carefully trapped inside the KM if in the room again alone

Normally stay here or the Aston city hall when in Medan. Aryaduta is an older hotel but good quality and on balance probably the better of the two. The gym and spa are cramped and inferior to Aston, but the pool, outdoor areas and restaurants are far better. This is the better choice if you plan to spend time at the hotel relaxing or having meetings. Business services could be improved- printer is ancient and extremely slow. The Aston is slightly closer to Merdeka Walk and Centrepoint if you plan to go out.

Many children, loud, big breakfast (low quality). Not comparable to European standards

Need a lot of renovation, the luxury is only a memory that has been defeated by many new hotels in the city ...

The hotel is very good. Cleaned pool facilities and beach chairs. The ballroom is perfect for seminars. In front of the ball room we can immediately see the pool and can relax while enjoying snacks.

The location is strategic ... I think for the upper class ... Luckily staying here is paid for by the office so it's great

We need to pay for car park, they didnt alowed to smoke ini the room. And too expensive

Less directions for the elevator (I was confused looking for an elevator while staying on the 11th floor because the place was quite large). But, it's so comfortable. It is also in the center of Medan, so it is close to various iconic places in Medan.

The distance to the room is too far away with the elevator, the deluxe room feels normal, the breakfast taste is pretty good, the service is too long and complicated if you ask for anything. Until asking for 1 more towel is not allowed.
