Great company. Got most of our deposit back after moving out. Always quick response, rented property for 5 years. They give you your privacy and respond to repairs in a timely matter. The staff are very nice normal respectful people. Having a few chats with the office staff and maintenance sounds like they manage thousands of properties. Dont let a few bad reviews effect your choice in going with them.
1- I lost my dad to cancer years ago, I stayed home to help him pass away at home in that time I lost my job and was living out of my car but found a new job. I looked hard for a rental and because I was the first one to apply to the rental I was approved. (Thanks Karen) some property managments will take everyones application fees but this one doesn't do that. They are fair first come first serve as long as you meet the requirements. Also I was pregnant and just lost my mom and the ac broke down. They replaced the unit with a brand new one, no delays or issues. (Thanks Pam) and Zeo and maintenance work hard to keep the property fixes up to date. The bad reviews are disrespectful and somewhat ignorant so I decided to leave a good one for them. Good company* good people* thanks for helping us grow our family in one of your rentals. We now moved and bought our home but would refer them to everyone!

Do NOT rent from any of their properties! Management is lazy and terrible with following up with repair requests from their tenants. I had a major appliance break and it has taken over 5 days to get their useless contractor to come out and take a look at it. Still waiting on this pos appliance to get fixed. The property manager never bothered calling me back with an update as to when the repair guy will be coming back out. I am so disgusted.

Honestly, WORSE company ever.....a big selling part for renting was their on-call maintence.....its now rearing over 5 hours of being locked out of my house due to property mainentance with many other accounts of having trouble with proper maintenance.....AND THEY CANT EVEN GET AHOLD OF THEIR MAINTENANCE MEN!! And after my 4th call to them im STILL waiting. Never again will I rent with this company

The manager there Yasmin a real b****, shes hardly ever there and is very rude when you try to talk to her. She doesn't do her job and it takes forever for them to fix things around sterling pointe. I am going to sue them and my roommate.

Terrible. Had to call 4 times for my falling down fence. Karen has been rude to me for 5+ years, refused to help me move to a more affordable property with them and raised my rent twice. Pam sucks at calling you back and then lies about conversations we had on the phone a month ago. Terrible company. Moving asap. Stay away! Barel deserves 1 star.

They allow broken down cars to be parked at their apparent complexes and ignore complaints about RATS in the buildings. Heather Church and Mark Bennett should be brought up on slum lord charges

Don't ever rent from this management company, they are slum lords, their properties are over priced and ROACH infested, The leasing manager Darlene Santos is extremely rude and unprofessional, She doesn't take unavailable properties off market when they're leased so people waste their money on "non-refundable" application fees going straight to their pocket, also be careful giving them any money orders/holding deposits because you will never get anything back. Definitely a bad experience and would not recommend, I'm actually reporting them to the BBB.

Excellent company! Their service is top quality. Staff are extremely nice and considerate. Everyone seemed very experienced and I recommend Lefever Mattson to all of my friends and family

If I could give them one star I would. I work in the legal industry and I am familiar with the law. That's why I would tell anyone out there to stay away from this company. They will withhold your deposit and then make up bogus charges to keep it, and provide no documentation whatsoever. This is illegal, but they will try it anyways because if they can pull the wool on just one person, well that's money in their pockets. Do yourself a favor, and find another company. My opinion is based on my sister's 7 year experience with this company and witnessing first hand the mental pain and anguish they put her through recently. I feel it's my duty to let the public know - which is why in this wonderful country we have free speech. Use another company. You have been warned.
