Located at the heart of Medan, cozy room, great swimming pool, staffs are so friendly, will absolutely be back!

Clean and comfortable ... but hard to find a place to smoke ...

The hotel foyer is very nice, the pool was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing and staff at breakfast were beyond helpful.

The room is spacious ... but the breakfast is not enough

A very good 5 star hotel and located in downtown Medan

Excellent facilities. Poolside rooms or good views room

Quite disappointed of the service. They haven't finished prepared the room when we want to check in at 2 pm despite the information saying we can check in at 12 pm, thus we have to wait for another 1 hour for them to get the bedroom ready. My friend that check in at 2.30 pm also need to wait until 4pm more to get their bedroom ready, and they give no compensation to us at all. Super disappointed at that. The gym is also super duper small, the size of the gym is as small as a bedroom. But the pool there is really beautiful, and the food is quite tasty. The table inside the bedroom is also quite spacious, that's what makes this hotel is different than others.

The hotel is luxurious, the breakfast is nice, the rooms are nice. Sukak really wants to be here.

Service is great. Got a complimentary fruit basket and a hand written letter for our stay there. Although the mall right beside is pretty dull and any notable establishments are pretty far away.

Hotel cukup mewah di kota medan. View dari restoran sangat bagus dan merupakan spot foto unggulan.

Gedung hotelnya sendiri memiliki desain mewah dengan kolam renang kecil dan poolside untuk bersantai. Namun sangat disayangkan, alat fitness disini sangat terbatas

Cozy place , room bit small compare to other 4 stars hotel

This hotel is strategically located at City Centre, I found the property is well maintained and the lobby is really cozy. It has really nice courtyard pool which really suitable for those who wants to pamper themselves on the weekend... Moreover the staffs are friendly

We re having a great dinner at The Kitchen Aryaduta Medan.

Breakfast option is great. If you drive your own car it's difficult to park at 8th floor. All the floor are covered by carpet so it's hard to drag your luggage and the elevator is very limited but the rooms are too many.
The worst part about it is the unprofesional staff. I have booked a pool terrace room for 2 nights A WEEK BEFORE for my colleague and HAD CONFIRMED the day before that we will check in late after office hour but when we check in they give us a room that will be occupied the next day. Means that my colleague will have to move to other room the next day! I complained to their sales or marketing staff because i book through their marketing staff directly but she didn't even say sorry for our inconvenience! Won't recommend to anyone and won't be back again.

Lobby is at 9tn floor so rooms are all high level offering great views of city (if you ask for it). Fabulous breakfast spread. Very friendly staffs. Was initially given an adjoining room with window looking into the balcony of another room. Requested for a change and the super friendly staff obliged immediately. Great joy.
The new rooms had superb view of the city. Big bathroom (no bathtub) and rooms are really clean, with a very cold fridge. Really enjoyed my stay. Nothing much around the hotel, but walkable to Merdeka Street. And just gojek or grab everywhere. Around the city is 13000 IND. Less than 1USD.

I would recommend this hotel and would stay again. Book the room with breakfast. You'll get to enjoy the international spread and very interesting medanese choices as well. The Coffee is good too.

Comfortable and strategic place in the city of Medan

Very beautiful hotel. All the staff are well trained to be polite too.

Very comfortable hotel to live in. Swimming is nice, clean and spacious. There is a gym too. The room and toilet are clean, comfortable. Good service. Next to the hotel is the mall Palladium (there is a hypermart too).

A five-star hotel located in the center of the city, very comfortable stay with family, friendly breakfast service is pretty good and the shower shower is very heavy so it can disappear sore after a day of sightseeing around the city with clean and spacious rooms ....

One of the good 5 star hotel choice in Medan. Located beside shopping mall: Palladium, and near the airport train station (about 400-500 metres far away). So from the Kuala Namu Airport, you can directly go to the hotel by using the train. After arrived in Medan City train sation, you can continue your trip to the hotel by taxi, or by pedicab, or by online booking taxi (Grab or Go-Car) or you can walk while you enjoy the view of Merdeka Walk (Merdeka Walk is the Zero Point of Medan City). From The Hotel, you can visit the historical place, like: Tjong A Fie House, Kesawan Square (with it's Tip-Top Restaurant), Medan City Train Station, Merdeka Field and Medan Post Office. The Distance of those places are only about 400-500 metres, not far from the hotel.
I stayed one night here in 10th-11th March 2018.

Cool place, nice service, can't wait to come back to this place again

everytime I come home to visit my family in Medan from the States, me and my husband always stay here. their choice of breakfast is great. pool is big and clean. room is spacious. price is average compare to other hotel surroundings. and it is close to the airport link station. close to big malls. staff are also so friendly. and one of good things too is they allow you to use credit card for the deposit which is great, because for traveller like me you dont wanna end up with lot of cash that you prob won't use it on your last day.
the things that NEED to improved...
- maybe do more maintanance on the AC, we stayed in room 1165 last week the AC was not as cold as we wanted it. stayed at 21C.
- information book inside the room needs to be redone, it says breakfast from 6am to 10.30 am. it was wrong, we almost missed breakfast because of it. it ends at 10am.
- maybe not allowing kids being naked and swimming inside the pool? I know he was at the kiddy pool, but it made me uncomfortable enough to enjoy my time at the swimming pool area.
