I think this place is a scam with good website building skills. They don t answer calls and their website says they don t return calls. They have a phone answering service that doesn t route to them and they re phone number on the website is disconnected.
A seemingly shady business that are all but impossible to get ahold of. My friend and I cleaned this place thoroughly for the renter and the PM company are deducting things off of returning the deposit but when inspected asked if we were a profession company because the place looked so good.. We have called to dispute their claims and even showed up to their office and no one answers or is there except a conversation with Carol who actually childishly hung up when pressed for answers. We thought we were dealing with a professional business here, apparently not... if I could be give less than 1 star I would!
The lady Carole was nice when you needed to rent the place. If you rent from them find every little thing that they can ding you for. When we rented the place it came with broken/missing blinds and she put it on us along with marks on the flooring. Dont expect your deposit back, because they ll find a way to keep every penny of it
