Not connected anymore with OVO. It's make us pay the parking fee so much

One of the best hotels in the city of medan with various facilities and a very strategic location in the middle of the Medan city and Medan city administrative locations such as the castle town hall office field and the Medan independent field, there is also good disability access.

Very comfortable, friendly service and bgs ... very pleasant

Nice home, nice room, good size.
Restaurant very good, very varied choice.
During our visit, the pool was dirty (cloudy water), against beautiful site.
We had a little different with the management, who after explanations and dissatisfaction, we have handsomely compensated.

The first impression of a staycation here is very comfortable, apart from the friendly staff, the location in the middle of the city which is easy to access, the rooms are very comfortable too.
Plus at breakfast, there are a lot of menu variants, and the important thing is that it feels right on the tongue ...

Bed is hard. Tooth brush a cheapo. No free parking. No hot water. I reserved a connecting rooms fews weeks ago and by the time of check in they said its full. Is it always this bad or this hotel is going down hill? Tq for the experience, i know i will take my business elsewhere next time.

Good service bantezz because of the very great people. The room was great and very fitting for those who took a family to stay there but only fit for 4-6 people but 2 had to sleep on the floor because the mattress was not too big or rent extra beds so can sleep a lot of people the pool is very wide at night the pool is good and the gym is complete there is also a grand ball room for married people or events there is very wide place near mall palladium can see movies directly in cinemaxx close to the fort and also close to basketball court in the back complex.

Its clean, but toiletries are not good or up to the overall standard at all

Me and my friends stayed for two nights and booked four separate rooms in November 2018 and I could say is this is one of the worst "five-star" hotel in Indonesia. The ACs broke down in two of the four rooms. Did find some BIZARRE things that should have not been there when the rooms have been cleared properly: used fake eye lashes; toe nails at the white sheet and cockroach. Totally disgusting. We only received a half-hearted apology from the sales person. Photos are attached.

Good, in the middle of the city, the place to eat is also good for entertaining meals together.

The hotel is a five star, judging by the service of the staff and management, it's already a 5 star. But if the problem of morning food is a bit lacking. Then for the twin type there is no bath tube. Access from point of interest near everywhere. Road around a little jammed. On top of that the mall becomes a one stop place if you need anything.

Our family stayed 2 nights here. Overall this is a good hotel. When entering the room, the room has been well prepared (the air conditioner is on, the room is clean and tidy, the carpet is soft / clean). Nice pool. All staff encountered are friendly and helpful. Like when I asked for a clean towel, it didn't take 5 minutes - the horn was delivered. The pool attendant was also very alert when requested an additional towel finished swimming. The food is hotel standard. Very recommended

Salah satu hotel bintang lima (5) di inti kota Medan. Lokasinya bersebelahan dengan kantor walikota Medan. Lokasi yang tepat, dan nyaman sebagai pilihan menginap untuk perjalanan wisata atau bisnis.
Posisi lobby berada di lantai 9 (jika naik melalui lift) dengan pemandangan kolam renang yang indah sembari menunggu proses check-in maupun check out. Hanya saja kolam renang tidak dibuka untuk umum. Sebatas kepada tamu hotel yang menginap.

been three times to this hotel. great hospitality and delicious breakfast. but sometimes i found the pillow and blanket smells awkward and the curtains (a room near pool) were pretty ugly, so many stitches. please fix them.

A good hotel, just a long time ... It was placed in a room far away from the elevator almost 200m ... Zzzz

+ : location wise probably the best spot in medan (located across merdeka walk). Also not to mention the hotel is quite historic learning during the dutch colony era it was a part of the city hall.

- : huge dissapointment for a 4 star hotel starting from the bed which is too firm, lights were too dark, and we also had trouble from the hotel staff when they were so confused finding our name despite already checking in several days before.

This is the second time I stayed at Aryaduta. The hotel is complicated. We parked on the 8. floor up the stairs to the lobby to the 9th floor and got lost in search of the lobby, because it was really dark. Already so the parking card is so complicated. I go back and forth to pay for parking every time I go out to enter the hotel. Please improve the management of guests who feel frustrated.

Holding the name Aryaduta this place should provide very good service. The male receptionis are quite friendly in serving. Unfortunately the women seem emotional in providing services. Hopefully it can be better.
Regarding the room, actually quite clean. Please vacuum the dust cleaner so that visitors who have asthma do not have problems while staying.

The meeting room is good. Good service. The food is delicious. The atmosphere makes you feel at home. Lucky to find a comfortable and strategic place in the middle of the city like this hotel

Was here for a 2 days trip. Hotel is situated in the city center (next to Palladium Mall) which makes it extremely convenient to get around. Carpark starts from L8 and main lobby is at L9, the miniscule lobby at ground level has no check in counter and functions more like a drop-off point. There is a restaurant/bar in the main lobby that serves breakfast and main courses till late, a swimming pool, and a gymnasium for hotel guests. In-room dining is available 24hrs which is great if you are travelling different time zones. Public spaces were good, could definitely see the upkeeping efforts, and room was clean, quiet, comfortable with high ceiling (there were only non-smoking rooms, awesome). Housekeeping crews were polite and smiled and greeted when they saw you. Front office people were all smiles, check in/out experiences were hassle-free. For its price category, I would say they exceeded my expectations. Keep up the good job!

Bukber program with office friends, the dishes are quite good

Incredible value and very friendly and helpful staff. Receptionist was a star sorting out problems with our transfer to Bukit Lewang. Breakfast was amazing.
