Review saya terpotong. Bintang dua ini saya berikan kepada bagian front desk yang beberapa hari ini (artinya bukan oknum tertentu) yang tidak ramah, tidak tanggap, tidak care, tidak mencerminkan pelayanan hotel sekelas Arya Duta.

Foto ini saya ambil pada saat sebagian tamu sedang early check out (artinya mempunyai jadwal selanjutnya), namun pelayanan lama, petugas hanya satu, masing2 tamu dilayani cukup lama yang menyebabkan antrian terjadi namun tidak ada inisiatif untuk menambah petugas atau bahkan untuk sekedar berbicara maaf/terimakasih telah menunggu (saya orang kedua di antrian, sampai lima orang tamu datang, orang pertama belum selesai dilayani).

Saya rasa sebagian besar tamu menggunakan hotel ini untuk perjalanan bisnis/bekerja, dimana waktu, sangat berarti bagi kami. Dan menunggu lama untuk mendapatkan pelayanan dari front desk itu tidak menyenangkan, apalagi dengan pelayanan yang tidak ramah.

Front desk (receptionist) adalah garda depan hotel, bagian yang paling sering berinteraksi dengan tamu, sehingga kualitas petugasnya sangat menentukan kepuasan pelanggan.

Kedepannya tolong diperbaiki, dan tolong komunikasi antara front desk dengan sales hotel diperbaiki sehingga kami tidak perlu menunggu lama dan menghubungi sales hotel berkali kali didepan front desk hanya untuk mengkonfirmasi paket yang telah dideal kan.

Tolong juga diperbaiki sistem pengecekan dilayanan makan pagi, dibedakan antara tamu yg memerlukan voucher dan yg tidak, sehingga tidak terjadi lagi penolakan tamu untuk masuk ke restoran karena tidak mempunyai voucher, padahal memang voucher tersebut tidak diberikan dari awal (yang lagi2 memerlukan konfirmasi dari bagian front desk).

On the other hand.

Apresiasi bintang lima saya berikan kepada seluruh petugas yang terkait paket meeting yang melayani dengan prima, cepat tanggap, ramah, dan sangat membantu kami dalam menyelenggarakan kegiatan. Terimakasih banyak Bapak dan Ibu sekalian.

This is a 5 star class hotel. Even the 1 STAR service doesn't arrive !!!
The chronology is that I am a guest of this hotel ... I want to be picked up from the ticket to the hotel. How come I was arranged? I just asked to be picked up with the note compliment ??? surprised plus surprised to see the reception guarding between 10pm -10: 20pm who picked up the phone from me.
So what do I mean by walking from the hotel to the hotel ???
If this classy hotel can't maximize its service.
It's better to audit the hotel rules again.
SUMPAH I AM DISAPPOINTED AS A GUEST OUTSIDE THE CITY.

Rooms are comfortable so far. No noisy. Ac and sufficient lighting. Clean and comfy. But the employees are still less friendly than other hotels in its class. Bell boy when there is a lot of guests who want to go up to the sky lounge for check-in, they should wait first to get up first. The receptionist is also less friendly and somewhat jutek. Another who does okay

A few times here not to stay ... But to eat ... Wkkk ... Yups ... A few times here must have been to the restaurant. At that time we provided a place in the VIP room at the restaurant. There was a meet n greet napoleon field with Irwansyah at that time. On the other occasion also resturaant VVIP room to ny. At that time there was a workshop writing novels with Dee Lestari.

The lobby is very narrow and uncomfortable. Unless the part of the room on the upper floor is very large and spacious, it is suitable for use in events or wedding parties. Please be trained by the security guard to always care about small things such as opening doors to guests and small bins provided beside the main door
