Booked 6 rooms for families, all rooms are clean, minor issue of aircon in one of the room but they get their maintenance guy almost immediate. Very attendant and respectful to all their guests

good value for monney, breakfast ok, please service treadmills, they are dangerous!!

A hotel with comfortable facilities and very good service. The bedrooms here are relatively large compared to other hotels in Medan with the same star. The swimming pool is also very clean and spacious. If you are bored at the hotel, you can spend a moment to the Mall which is right below / next to this Hotel. It's just that for me who rarely parked in a multi-storey building, the parking lot in this hotel feels a little horrified. The rest, overall this hotel is very okay.

Very good and luxuriously looking hotel. They do have room-in massage service as well. The brrakfast buffet was good. Strongly recommended.

Nice hotel.. very comfy.. very cozy... luxurious design... but u should go to 7th level of the building to reach the hotel.. not so good if u want to invite vip person in some occasion

A great hotel that strategically located in center of Medan City. The hotel provides good reception both check in & check out, various selection menu in breakfast, complete amenities inside the room, very fast internet connection. But, It is recommended to improve digital tv to best performance (no signal while in rain). Overall, all is good while staying in hotel.

So helpful. After a flight cancellation we were back for another night. Greeted by the manager who was sensational. The pool is beautiful and the evening seafood extravaganza was beautifully presented, cooked and great value for money. Any time we are in Medan we will stay here. I wish we could bottle the service and take it back to Perth, Australia.

A good hotel with friendly staff, with a spacious room size

The location in the middle of the city, close to the merdeka field. The rooms are spacious, and are on the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th floors of the grand palladium building and there is a swimming pool. The breakfast menu also has many choices of food and drinks. Steady is the point

- There is a gym in front of the pool
- no sauna / steam

Comfortable hotel and meeting room in downtown Medan

Thi place was good for room recomendation. There were some good halls also for celebrating any events. Well service and facility. The building also built in the middle of the city, so it was easy to find any transportation.

The food is good especially if there are sausages. The service is also good. The rooms and pool are beautiful. And the first time I found a super cute hotel slipper that was so cute, the model is really present. Unfortunately the downstairs lobby was narrow so there was a strange impression. But actually inside it's big too. And the toiletries are beautiful as well as sebastian goenawan.

Me and a colleague arrived at this hotel at 1am. February 13, 2020. When asking for a key, the front desk needs 15 minutes. (The day before I made a reservation from travel)

Room got on 11th floor. Upon arrival at 11th floor, it was really confusing to the room instructions. And worse, the room numbers are not sequential. Even the location of my room # 1187 can be far (7-8 rooms away) from room # 1186. What a mess ... I finally went down to the lobby asking for help to find my room.

When I headed to my room, the hall lights went out (dark). When I asked the officer, why was it dark, bro? The officer blg "yes sir, if it's at this hour deliberately turned off the lights sir" -__-

Pretty bad service. To check in we have to wait until an hour. He said the room was cleaned. It's true during peak season. But what hasn't been prepared? When I want to check the room information, is it ready or not asked to queue anymore. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. But the first impressions are already ugly.

Nice fancy spacious room good enrich breakfast. bit smelly of old carpet though. The rest nice place to stay.

The service is good. The less convenient is the road to the parking lot is less convenient. Guests must pay for parking. There is no card / pass

The atmosphere in the pool is cool, different from the other hotels. The rooms are also not really very modern but minimalist GT. The price is right for what is given. Just because the mall parking area is complicated, you have to go up a few x ramps for it.

The view is good, the hotel is clean and fragrant. And the delivery is very comfortable

Dissapointed service, first pick up arrangement and second restaurant during dinner, though both Managers are showing deep regret of such incident however damaged is done
