Very very good, good friendly service and the most important thing is the food bakery is really awful, the breakfast is delicious, the chefs are aryaduta who are sure to miss it, don't want to stay at Aryaduta hotel thanks u Aryaduta medan

nice clean ... the rooms are big enough ... just for smokers a bit difficult ... have to go out swimming pool or out of the lobby ... the food is also good

Our room had direct access to the pool, with private terrace. Nice hotel with abundant breakfast buffet and good a la carte restaurant for Indonesian and Western food.
There is also a buffet at dinner but we did not try it

By location, the hotel is close to the train station and police headquarters. The hotel is clean, the employees are quite friendly and responsive if asked for help. Then, a comfortable room.

Good cool hotel, but please, the building in Jakarta is getting dull

The facilities for the price are good. However, there is a lot of overbooking, so it is difficult to get a room of the type you want to book. Especially for corporate customers. The air conditioner is old and noise is not a joke. If you are sensitive, your sleep may be disturbed. If you hurts the heat well, you can turn it off. The service attitude of the staff is below the level of other hotels and is not friendly. (Especially the front desk) We recommend the new Adimulia hotel. The price is expensive, but facilities and service are excellent.

The place is clean. Cool. The service is also good and of course friendly. Equipped with swimming pool facilities and in my personal opinion it's already great. 2 thumbs up for aryaduta.

Overall quite clean, room quite spacious but a bit too dark. Room aircon isn t cool enough and no free parking facility, which is absurd for such hotel.

1. Bantal sdh rusak, kempes dan kecil2 semua, sdh saatnya di gantI
2. Tempat tidurnya jg sdh tdk empuk lg, terlalu tipis dan melengkung
3. Saat chekin terlalu lama
4. Hrsnya tamu yg tinggal disana dpt fasilitas free parking, nyatanya tidak dpt free parking jd sangat merepotkan

You should try parking your car here, all the way to the top, just to get to the hotel. Since the parking lot outside the building is limited and crowded most of the time. As a local, for me, this hotel is unique. Theres a mall that locals don't really come often. Very strategic, right next to the Mayor's office.

perfect hotel, the only one problem is narrow space for lounge in the lower lobby

The hotel is well maintained and cleanliness deserves a praise. Hotel managers are accommodating to your requests and answers well to any of your enquiries. I enjoyed my stay there with them and felt very much at home.

The only drawback in my opinion is that, the hotel does not provide massage/spa facilities, as such slight inconvenience if you wish to look for spa facilities within the city itself.

The only hotel in the hotel that opens rooms directly is swimming pool ... one of my family's favorite hotels for vacation ... and in the near future I will be back on vacation at Aryaduta Hotel Medan. Moreover, they have already improved by replacing new carpets in each room and public area and also the fastest WIFI quality in each room and public area.

It is a five star hotel. Everything is fine and worthed with the money I spend. I just have a little bit problem with the AC control in the room. It's set automatic and I can't control the room temperature. then in some I occasion I feel the room is too cool.

Di bawah hotel ada mall nya ( posisinya di samping hotel mall nya tidak terlalu ramai)
Bersebrangan dgn hotel santika premier...
Kamar nya bgs untuk ukuran deluxe termasuk kecil...
So far so good lah...
Kolam renang berhadapan dgn restaurant...ada 2 kolam renang untuk dewasa dan anak2...jadi tdk perlu khawatir kalau anak2 hrs berenang ke kolam dewasa krn sdh ada kolam renang anak...
Perlu ada nya staf yg berjaga di sekitaran kolam renang agar lebih memudahkan tamu untuk bertanya atau meminjam handuk ( 2x nginap di sini nga pernah ada staf yg berjaga di sekitar kolam renang)
Untuk sarapan pagi bervariasi dan rasanya lumayan...
Hanya saja kurang luas lagi untuk ruangan restaurant nya...
Ketika chek in kita akan di mintain deposit ( tapi nanti di kembalikan kalau sdh chek out setelah di cek apa kah ada pengambilan/pembelian makanan di minibar nya )
Kadang suka bingung cari nomor kamar nya karena lorong2 nya banyak dan panjang hehehe...
Staf pelayanan nya baik dan ramah...
Di bawah hotel ada restauran yg buka 24jam...jadi kalau pengen makan di luar bisa kesna...posisi nya di pojok (berhadapan dgn hotel santika )
Kalau boleh kasih saran tolong sediakan playground untuk tempat bermain anak2

Room was super comfortable, even the cheapest on like the one I booked. Check in check out were a breeze. Loved the pool and the breakfast!!! Cannot fault this hotel except their complicated lost and found procedure and their lack of communication among the receptionists. I requested a late check out (12.30 so extra 30 minutes) in the morning which they have said yes and confirmed it. Yet a little before 12 they called again to the room to remind us that the check out time was 12.00.... -_- my baby was sleeping and the ungodly loud sound of the phone woke him up. But even then our memory of the Aryaduta is still a good one.
