We stayed for 3 nights in Aryadutta..booking was for a family of 4.on reaching there we were shocked to see one bed.When we asked them we were told to pay for one more bed at an extra cost. This is not professional.When booking for 4 they charged 1 million for 4 for just 1 bed.Would never recommed staying in Aryadutta

Hotel dengan fasilitas toilletris dan kolam renang yang juara.

Untuk parkir agak sulit memang, dan begitu masuk harus naik lift terlebih dahulu baru bisa mendapati lobby hotel untuk dapat bertemu staff cek in.

Pelayanan staff ramah. Makanan saat sarapan rasanya biasa saja.

Good International relaxing hotel in center of Medan. The quality has decreased and then improved over the years. As of June 2018 it is a really nice hotel again. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Buffet is large and with great quality food (crunchy croissant and pain au chocolat ), nice Belgian pancake and omelettes. The swimming pool has been fixed ( I cut my toe on a tile in 2013) and water is transparent rather than translucide ! We could ask a room facing the pool which is a big plus to refresh after chaotics days trips in and around Medan.

For the FO staff it is still not friendly in providing services ...

Aryaduta Medan is a great hotel which is located just next to Medan City Hall - in the heart of the city. Located on the top floors of the Grand Palladium building. The breakfast is great with numerous choices of local and international delicacies. Taste of the food is good. Maybe they can improve with more live cooking stall serving breakfast. Restaurant has a great city view. It also has a swimming pool, surrounded by guest rooms. There is also banquet facilities. Hospitality of the team members is good as well. Just within walking distance is the famous city square - Merdeka Walk, government and private office buildings, post office, banks and shopping mall. Airport and intercity train station is only 5-minute drive away.

Bad service, staffs has no ethics, low mannered and RUDE!! Expecially people at the kitchen restaurant at level 9.
I would not recommend you to stay here, please AVOID that useless heart ache.

It doesnt matter if they offer a great room, nice design, or whatsoever. Those are all useless since they got no HOSPITALITY!!

You can't bring it to the pool and the deluxe room, the bath bath ... and the breakfast is incomplete, maybe because it's 10 o'clock but it's okay ...

5 star hotel located in the center of Medan city, next to the Mayor's office. The hotel is on the 9th floor (front office) and the floor above it because there is a palladium mall on the lower floor (which is quiet and incomplete) and there is a cafe / coffee shop.

I stayed on the 10th floor (very spacious, lots of rooms) with twin beds and the size of the room was quite spacious above the standard. The facilities are okay, the bathroom is big enough, the breakfast is good, the service is very fast (ask for this the staff is responsive), and the snacks are plenty.

Only, there are a few notes:
1. For 2 guests, only 1 laundry bag.
2. Stay in the room that has connecting door access, whether the neighbor has a loud voice or how clearly it clearly sounds until my room.
3. Because toothpaste is empty, so I have to use toothpaste from the hotel and it tastes really bad.
4. The lighting is dim, there are only lights on the room table and 2 lights on the bed, from the entrance to the bed also quite dark.
5. Want to drink soda, when you open the fridge, the coca cola has expired, hehehe, but thank God there are still 2 jungle juices that can be drunk.

Yes, more or less, but the 5 notes above do not reduce our comfort while staying in Aryaduta. It's nice to stay here and want to come back again. This hotel is very suitable for guests who bring families plus children.

Aryaduta is now not very attractive, because the mall Palladium in the hotel area is currently closed so the hotel seems quiet. The good manager of Lippo property reactivates mall palladium. Like a few years ago.

It was a 5 star Restaurant but the prices is not expensive.

We enjoyed our stay in the Aryaduta Medan It is centrally located and easy to get around to all the places one wants to visit and see. We enjoyed our time there very much.

Very comfortable hotel with very good service. Equipped with quite complete facilities accompanied by a mall and maxx coffee.

Pros: Hotel facilities, cleanliness, location are good.
Cons: Came to this hotel to attend a wedding ceremony, the bride booked a room for me to stay, booking was under the bride's name. Then I spent nearly 1hr going here n there to find the bride's IC as the receptionist told it's compulsary for the check-in process, I went from receptionist A who asked me to find receptionist B, back to receptionist B to tell that bride didnt bring her ic, then I was passed to A again that, thank's God, I was finally allowed to stay..

An attractive and easy hotel to access because it is located in the city of Medan.

Nice room, good ambience, lovin the pool! Foods are great too! Recommend to try their Fisherman Buffet every Friday.

Comfortable lodging place in the middle of Medan City

This Aryaduta Hotel has a strategic location, close to Benteng Field, and beside of Palladium Mall in Medan city. Eventhough we have to go to 9th floor for check in, we will get nice view around Medan city.

On the site this hotel offers beds of 180-200 cm wide. It appears that all beds are only 160 cm wide. The manager apologized and suggested an upgrade to a larger ground floor room with poolside terrace. You have absolutely no privacy there, so you stayed in the 1st room. Room is too full with furniture, we regularly bump ourselves, there is little room for maneuver. Westerners are tall people and a hotel like this, located in the business district should take this into account.
Furthermore, the air conditioning smells damp and it is not nice to smell cigarette smoke on the non-smoking floor, from the smokers on the terrace by the pool, when you sit on the balcony.
Furthermore, the room is very clean, great bathroom, with spacious shower and wonderful smelling admitments
The breakfast is really very good, there is yogurt itself!
Pizza also very tasty

The service at the hotel was really nice. However, the gym is rather a small one. I was thinking that the gym would be at least double the size than what they have now (consider the class of the hotel). Other than that, it was a pleasure trip to Medan.

Strategic place! In the center of Medan, near Palladium Mall, Lapangan Benteng, Merdeka Walk.
But, when I have a meeting there, there are many technical problem of audio and electrical, I hope there will be a lot of improvement because this hotel has 4 stars guys!

The decoration of hotel is nice, with modern touch.
The lunch food is very good, I like the variation of the food.
