Has a strategic place in the middle of the city terrain.

Comfortable, safe, nice receptionist, beautiful and so on

Suitable for staying with family or friends. Complete facilities (Gym, Swimming Pool)

The shape of the room is unique but gapapa, supported by facilities plus friendly staff, for breakfast is also okay oke most typical of which there is healthy juice that changes the menu every day

The hotel is spacious and the rooms are clean and modern. The food at breakfast varied, just somehow why I was more suited to food at Aryaduta Tangerang where I had already 3x to the one in Tangerang. Overall recommended to stay in the terrain.

Need a bigger bed but it's ok alr. ( buy the bed to make 5 stars

Comfortable and its location in the middle of the city

Estimated motorbike is very complicated enough far enough in, I have a few x there fortunately it is good security I can park the motorbike in front, even though I once lost items on my motorbike

The place is nice, fancy ... but for breakfast lacking the presentation of typical field food, the laundry is quite expensive ... different from other hotels, but still good

Room was great for one night stay.

Hotel lobby staff and Restaurant manager were helpful.
Convenient for grab/gojek food delivery.
Did not explore elsewhere.
Overall a comfortable staff .

The hotel is super luxurious and it's not as complicated as other hotels ... Just go upstairs Haris take cards ... complicated ... If Aryaduta Medan is a recommendation for visitors ...

Staying here for the 2nd time. The same thing is Poor service, shouldn't drive a motorcycle because the staff will be very poor at your. Motorcycles must be parked in the parking lot only then bring the bag by yourself, Couldn't drive to park in front of the hotel to put my luggage first. Very TERRIBLE. The receptionist is very slow. Is this really where I paid for a vacation?

Very nice hotel, the room is nice, good food, the pool looks nice, located in the middle of the city.

The service is great, the food is just ok.. I booked for 3 nights. On the first night, I complained about the room and asked to move to another room for the next day, and then they upgraded my room for the next two nights

The reception service is good, the food in the restaurant is good, there is a swimming pool in the main lobby, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the air condition is good

The place is comfortable and quiet even though the hotel is in the middle of the city

located at the centre of MEdan. at the integrated building of shopping mall and the hotels.

near the Mayor Office and the house of representative, just in front of Benteng Square and other government offices.

The ball room is one of the best in medan.

great pool, great meeting room, nice view from the restaurant.

what i like is they have 2 praying room close to function room and below lobby level.
