Hotel Aryaduta Medan Review

Nice hotel, great food, though needs some fixing at some places in the room, also need to redecorate the furnitures in my opinion..

Uda have stayed there, the place is good, I really like it

The downtown area of Medan, the swimming pool is bagoes.

A clean hotel, with good view, a good small pool in an open area, a good restaurant and a helpful cheerful staff.

Anything you want is here. Luxury hotel with amazing friendly staff... Great food made with attention and love.

Good hotel ... a little dear location of the lobby + guest room starting on the 9th floor ... friendly hotel staff. Nice pool ... breakfast is ok ... maybe to visit another time

So unique. The lobby located at 9 floor direct view to pool. Stay at pool terrace is the best choice. The staffs are good and the breakfast sooo yummy.. one of my recommendation to stay in Medan

The hotel is old ... I want 2 nights in a deluxe room, the air conditioner in the room is too cold the controller can't work ... the parking lot has to go to the 9th floor, and it is far away, and I have to pay parking even though the hotel guests with the first 24,000 IDR .
But the hotel is clean, and the breakfast is of a variety, it's also okay. Service also doesn't have a problem. There is a nice swimming pool too.

The second time I tried the pool terrace room, unfortunately a few years ago there was no room rejuvenation. The electric plug in the bathroom is also minus to turn on the hair dryer. The same interior is like 5 years ago. So far, I can only say that is good

The rooms are spacious ... The mattress is comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. The service would have been good huh. But the air conditioner is rather noisy ..

Very nice hotel. Room is spacious, wonderful swimming pool, and good food. Lobby is on the 9th floor though and room facilities seems a little outdated.

I was the first to visit the North Sumatra area and now precisely in the city of Medan, I stayed at the Aryaduta hotel. Such a location in the center of the city, the room is quite clean, I entered the AC already on and the room was cold, the room is not too cramped nor spacious. In the room there is a desk and chair and also a sofa chair.

Snacks are not free.. Bathroom feels so standard for 5 stars hotel.. No bathup available... Lightning abit dark

Hello all friends, I want to share my experience in this hotel ... about a week ago I attended Facebook Digital Rate Indonesia.
Service and the hotel service is excellent, the rooms are all clean and well maintained.
Hopefully the hotel can be enlarged again, and the ex-palladium plaza room can be immediately rehabilitated. We wish to share this experience useful for all friends.

The rooms are nicely design and the amenities are complete. But, they need to make it more sound proof. You can hear people walking and talking at the hallway from your room as if they are in your room. Mine was a connecting room, I can hear next door conversation clearly from my room.
I had unpleasant experience during check-in. I booked my room through a travel app. On that app there were two selections, a double room and a twin room. I selected the double room with king size bed. When I checked in, they overbooked the room.because there were a groun booking and they offered me a twin room. I complained, and the staff said that it was my mistake and that I should put note that I want a king size bed when I booked the room. Why should I, if I already selected a double room? I just hope that they admit their mistake without have to put the blame on me.

Very comfortable hotel to live in. There is a gym too. The room and toilet are clean, comfortable. Swimming is nice, clean and spacious. Next to the hotel is the mall Palladium, the location is very strategic in the middle of Medan, very close to where I want to go

I stayed in the Grand Deluxe room. Stayed there for 4 nights for some business.Loved it. Professional service. Amazing rooms. Rooms were neat and had all basic amenities needed. However, service could be better improved as the receptionist promised to deliver us the other room key within an hour but to no avail. Had to go down an remind them about it. Otherwise it was an enjoyable to stay here

Hotel that is located on top of a run down mall.
You need to use the lift to go up to the lobby; then another set of lift to the room.

Lobby is decent size.
The pool and coffee house are on the same floor as the lobby.

Check in was fast.
They have the room ready.
Got the room facing the pool; so its cool.
Small size room.
But decent size toilet and bath.

Morning breakfast is moderate.
There are variety of spread; but the food tasted so-so.
Tried having my dinner here too; and the food? Just average.
I feel this can be improve further.

Getting around is easy via GRAB.

Overall, it is just OK for a short stay.

Comfortable, good breakfast. The rooms are clean, but late are cleaned up. Udh at 14 noon it hasn't been cleaned up ... Overall recommended.

Amazing hotel with all the amenities and much more. It almost looks like luxury but it has more than affordable prices. Well located in the center of Medan, spacious and comfortable rooms with a large bed. The pool is incredibly beautiful and in the restaurant there is a great variety and vice. In the buffet there are so many things that you just burst if you intend to try everything you've never tasted. The hotel staff is also great, very friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant

Strategic, near the mall, large swimming pool, diverse food menu, it tastes good too and the bed is good for the spine.

Comfortable room, good breakfast, and strategic location. It's just that the receptionist's work is quite slow and less friendly. It took 15-20 minutes to serve when checking in and checking out, too long for a five star hotel size. There are many receptionists but only a few serve. When I handed over the key, there was no thank you, even though I did not need that statement, but it was not unusual in a star-rated hotel service.

Nice and cozy place to stay. It is near city centre as well. It is recommended place to stay
