Pretty good place to stay. There is a gym here. Lounge. Pool cafe. Swimming pool, meeting room.
Free WiFi. As well as the food is pretty good and the breakfast is standard. The room is quite spacious and the bathroom. Full AC. With ornate paintings of women in the hallway to her bedroom.

It's a very nice hotel but I don't think I want to give them 5 stars. My room had a smoke smell but Housekeeping brought air purifier. Reception and housekeeping are very good and professional. Views are great and Wi-Fi very good for a city like Medan. TV channels and signal clarity are lacking but I guess it's normal in this part of the world. Views are great.

I stayed there 3 nights only allowed to pay per 2 nights when I want to add to another night he said when new checkout is allowed. Y, at checkout, I want to add one more night, apparently the smoking room that I ordered was booked by someone even though before the checkout I had called the hotel, he said it could. Check in took some time because many guests with few staff. The room was ok. My concern is the pool location force us to walk along lobby to get to the lift

Great place with great location, many Medan culinary near from the hotel. Receptionist is in nine floor. Their staff are very good and friendly. Facilities are gym and pool, there s no spa there, the pool is clean. Breakfast are variable and delicious. Rooms are big and clean, unfortunately the bathroom was a little bit smelly.

- Many big events are held here because the room capacity is quite large, for in Medan it is arguably the biggest. Facebook class has ever held an event here

I have been here a few times. The best if you stay here for breakfast. Complete, there are various fixes too. If the parking is lazy, the problem is spinning into the distance. Try the mall next to it active, it's definitely better

In the center of Medan, next door is a small department store that is about to fall, and there is no store, only the cinema is supported. The hotel itself is not bad, the room has a bit of smell, there is a swimming pool and gym (the gym is very small, there are not many equipment.) The breakfast in the morning is unsatisfactory, the bread is hard, but the scenery is good to see the sunrise.

Feels aged and needs renovation. Good service. Clean pool. Very slow elevators. There were loads of termites on the furniture in the room. The AC was terrible and the room remained hot during the day. Avoid rooms facing the pool if you want peace and quiet from the kids and events.

All was great, especially the service and the foods but please pay attention to your mushola. So messy...

The rooms are very nice and spacious and the carpet is thick ... perfect if you bring your family and children while on holiday ... the swimming pool is also spacious and clean. Stay 2 nights, there is only one check-in time at reception, check-out time is also like .... queued, like queuing groceries ....

The reception located in 9th floor. A bit difficult in registration.. but all sort out. The staff are friendly.. and able to speak english well... a luxury atmosphere...

The food in the restaurant The Kitchen is actually yummy, and very good price consider it is a 5 star hotel.
