This hotel is a great venue to organize a medium-sized forum or gatherings. I have visited the Aryaduta Medan for meetings for several times.

The service of the hotel is great. The hallway to get upstairs sometimes make me confused but the hotelier is very responsive to help me. The hotel officers asked me where I would like to go and politely showed me the way.

The lobby is convenient to wait for our friends or group. The place for praying is quite small.
I recommend this place for your company or event celebration.

The concierge was like hell, One of the concierge opening the door walked away from the door as he sees the guest heading towards the exit. Bad services.

Aryaduta, being a five star hotel, offers great service, but expect some inconsistencies when there are loads of visitors from corporate events. Also the rooms may need some "refresh".

By location, this hotel is very strategic. Being in the city center and road access is quite easy. In the west it borders the Mayor's Office in Medan, east of Palladium Mall, north of Benteng Square and the DPRD Building in Medan.

In appearance, hotel buildings that are integrated with the Mall sometimes make the Hotel invisible. Several times I have meetings here and guests from out of town are often lost because the hotel marker is not eye catching.

In complete facilities, there is a gym, prayer room and swimming pool too. Many meeting rooms and can be ordered with various sizes.

The cuisine here is quite complete and the Indonesian cuisine is good.
Rooms vary in size and price.
In my opinion, the characteristic is that there are many paintings of women with similar faces in the corridor.

This gives rise to an honest, mystical nuance, many friends who are jealous when passing through the halls alone. Suggestion, dark gold colors should be replaced with a brighter concept to make the atmosphere bright and cheerful. The concept of luxury in the style of the British Empire sometimes does not suit our tastes in tropical countries.

But the overall hotel is pretty good.

A great Hotel that is well situated for the tourist and provides a sumptuous breakfast. Staying at this hotel for two nights was a great way to finish our five day tour from Medan to Lake Toba and return.

On-site customer service was average (except at the restaurant) but when we contacted the parent company for a problem we had, they took care of the situation and quickly and they filled some gaps.

This is a 4 star hotel that joins one building with mall grand palladium, for reservation and check we have to go up to the 9th floor right next to the Medan mayor's office. When staying here, our basic rules are prohibited from smoking in the room, and are fined 1000,000 if violation violates Smoking is allowed near the swimming pool. Hotel guests are also prohibited from carrying durian, mangosteen and rambutan to the room. Overall service is good and the breakfast is also tasty and varied.

4-star hotel, nice place, comfortable room, downtown Medan, cm dear but the breakfast lacks many choices

Just like usual from the outside. Not sure this person is a 5 star class hotel. Because of its shape which blends with palladium, it looks less beautiful. But inside, it's really classy. Service is also good. Clean toilet. The mosque is clean. There is a swimming pool too. Lots of seating sitting around the pool. Good ...

Very disappointing, the broken and rattling elevator was still left like that. The mattress was lowered down told to pay 350rb was considered extra bed. Enough to stay here once. The only entertaining thing is the good breakfast.

Old hotel, needs revitalization, dull carpet, to get to the room the road needs to be quite far, but the breakfast is good, the swimming pool is nice, the gym is also comfortable

This time staying a little disappointing. AC gal is cold, until the night wakes up because the air temperature is 27 degrees, the mattress fan is clamped, like a 2 star hotel mattress. After a dozen nights it is always satisfying to stay here, tonight is really different.

The hotel is value for money. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. It's walking distance to major shopping malls around the area is a huge plus point. Highly recommended.

Several times having events in this Hotel and being amazed with their service. They have friendly staff start from sales, concierges, receptionist, kitchens to doorman which make you finally feel like home.

One of my favorite hotels in the city of Medan, located in the middle of the city of Medan and one building with Palladium (one of the malls in the city of Medan with low prices). Located not far from Wisma Benteng and the mayor's office in Medan.

I have stayed at this hotel. The room is contemporary. Comfortable. The officer was friendly. Likewise, the menu in the kitchen, hmm, a wide selection of delicious foods ready to shake the tongue. Hehehe. Sky Lobby is a cool hotel, located on the 9th floor. Its location is in the city center so that it is easy to access anywhere. The main ballroom looks magnificent for a variety of seminar and meeting needs. Full wifi and a cute swimming pool.

Nice hotel, but I expected a little more from the Arya Duta
