The hotel and staff is great. Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. The hotel is relatively quiet considering you are in downtown Dallas. Usual city noise all night. Only real complaint is the valet. First, way to expensive. Second, extremely slow getting cars. I have waited upwards of an hour after calling 15 mins ahead of time. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now. Each time I have had extreme difficulties with the valet. If it wasn't for valet, this is a great place to stay.
