Waiting at the pool for room service food.
Over one hour wait! Quoted 40 minutes only to be told they didn't have one of the beverages I ordered.
Another colleague here has been waiting an hour and a half for a salad!
Unacceptable!
Room service server finally comes out and looks completely lost! She has no food!!!
