Had a good view of the city!
Not going lie thought the view was a painting didnt think it was real

On the edge of Downtown Dallas, a ckean, elegant and simply relaxing luxury hotel.....A+

Very nice hotel! The layout is a bit confusing, but there was a lot of construction, so understandable. The bar on street level Draft Sports bar has really good food and decent beers on draught and in bottles.

Excellent everything. Beautiful hotel with great service.

The rooms are large and very modern.
The staff is always helpful, Knowledgeable and friendly.
I'm never disappointed when I stay here in downtown Dallas.

19th floor facing train tracks. Train noise is minimal. Self parking isn't hard to access like other posts. Quick in and out. Guy at the front desk was very helpful with early check in and recommendations.

The rooms are nice and clean. They come with a mini fridge, hair dryer and iron with iron board but no microwave in the room. We we're told by the staff that there is one at the cafe we can use which is in convenient when you are on the 10th floor. But overall it's a good hotel in great proximity to the train station and connected to the Dallas tunnels.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was great and the view was awesome! Room was cleaned in the early am. which was a plus. Overall I will stay at this location whenever I visit Dallas!

I haven't stayed at the hotel, but I really enjoyed Reunion Tower.

Clean but a bit "long in the tooth" rooms.

Great coffee shop that is open 24/7 so you can grab a bite quick bite anytime you want.

The lobby bar staff was attentive and food was good as well.

There was some kind of discount offered for the observation tower if you showed your room key but I wasn't able to sneak away during my stay.

Very nice, modern, and well maintained hotel. Great way to spend you vacation in Dallas.

Hotel was redone a few years back still a nice place tp stay with a great staff.

Overall I felt this Hyatt could be a lot better. The appearance was nice and there are good amenities here. The bed was lumpy though and uncomfortable. Also walls were thin. I could hear the bar noise loud and clear until 1am. Room service was ok. But the server brought no seasoning.

We enjoyed our stay. The third floor suites in the skyline terrace were very nice.

These people damaged my vehicle and are refusing to pay for it. Especially with how much money I've spent at this location. Will not be returning.

tub was clogged and shower curtain was stained with something I did not want to take a closer look at. I expect more from Hyatt Regency hotels. Housekeeping should see the tub does not drain. Just poor quality control.

I was disappointed on the whole because I was looking forward to an amazing experience at the Hyatt Regency. There was no toothpaste in my room. I asked for some body lotion to be sent up and they took 20 minutes by which time I was in the bathroom and the person kept knocking at my door. I had breakfast sent to my room. It was good, but they added on so many charges to it that or doubled in price. I've had more positive experiences in lesser hotels. Visually though, the hotel is up there. I also did not enjoy some weird music that was playing in my room when I got in. It's a hotel room, not a restaurant. If want music, I'll play it myself.

The rooms were very clean. Food was good and the staff was fabulous.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Easy to get to off the highway. Main problem was parking for the event I was attending, but it wasn't the worst.

Overall great stay. The train noise throughout the night gets overwhelming. A bit difficult to get a good night's sleep. Other than that staff was very helpful and facility is amazing.

Amazing view from our room on the 23rd floor, staff were really friendly and helpful, well worth the price. Would definitely visit this hotel again in the future.

Met for a conference here. The facilities were great, and the staff was very accommodating. Stayed to sleep, and work very rested! This is a great spot to choose for businesses.

Room is nice, super clean. Comortable bed and awesome ammenites. Has reatuarants and full bars whi h is great. ComofortBle and clean bed. Nice workout facility.

Don't understand how the overall rating can be 4.4. Food menus are limited and just okay--waited over an hour for a hamburger. Room is clean, but hallways are worn. Restaurants in downtown Dallas are a 20 minute walk away. No transportaion to and from the airport. Not impressed.

Wonderful hotel. Very large and chic design!!! Room was decently spacious and comfortable. There was a variety of furniture through out the room. Also had wonderful views. The one room for improvement was the fact that the entire hotel only had one microwave. Quite shocking for a hotel of its size with a restaurant on the premises. Also staff was very friendly and actually answered the phone quickly every time I called!

My first time in Dallas. Nice location for the convention center. Modern, clean room. Good views of the city if you can handle train noise. I was on the 8th floor and the noise was definitely noticeable, but not terrible. There are rooms opposite the trains that are quieter and I was asked at check-in which I wanted. I chose the view.

Night manager is a absolute joke, i'd never come back.

We were here for the Reunion Tower observation deck. Very nice hotel and helpful and friendly staff. It's a large property and a convention was going on while we were there, so it was crowded. Note the hotel is located closer to the river and away from the central downtown area. But it's easy to get to and from I-35 and back to the central downtown area.

Very large hotel, the room was clean and spacious, your typical business hotel. The lobby bar is great but the restaurants not so much. For such a large hotel I am surprise the food selection is not better. The location is ok. I liked my stay here but I would not book here again.

Great service. These guys were amazing they took care of everything that we need. We asked questions about the drinks that we wanted and they were able to tell us the details of what went into it. That meant a lot to us so we could understand exactly how drinks are made, which is really important when you're hanging out with new friends. These guys were amazing and I would recommend to anyone to come join us to this bar

The rooms were very clean and we were accommodated well. The rooms had many outlets for a full party of 20.

I stayed as an overnight guest at the Hyatt Regency Dallas and was more than impressed with my stay. Located in the heart of downtown Dallas, the Hyatt Regency Dallas provides easy access to most of the major freeways of the Dallas-Fort Worth area. It also provides many amenities to it's guest including but not limited to: valet service, room service, a pool, a 24-hour gym, HD Televisions with a plethora of channels and food service to the hotel from a variety of restaurants. The look and feel is clean and modern and carries throughout the whole hotel. Rooms and modernly furnished and aesthetically pleasing. I would absolutely stay again as a guest at the Hyatt Regency Dallas and would be hard pressed to find another overnight stay that offered more for less.

Not worth it you have to pay for everything. I understand your upscale and because of location. But I've stayed in other hotels with better locations and better price with parking and breakfast included and nobody rushing me to my room at night when I'm setting down in lobby with friends. Rooms are decent.

Visited the hotel for a convention and the staff were so awesome they dressed up to fit the theme of the convention that was going on. AWESOME hotel!!

AMAZING.We also went in the Dallas ball, extraordinary view and amazing food with so much variety.

Attended a vendor event for Women in Buisness. A lot of fun! Clean and easy to access!

Everything was perfect but the valet was all over the place.
