The hyatt was really nice. The interior is a huge open atrium with running water features at the bottom. If you are on the lower floors it may be more audible but on 5 it was not really noticeable. What was noticeable was the train tracks right next door. Apparently the rooms with the good view are on the train station side and the rooms with less of a view are quieter. Typically not a bad thing, but there was one cargo train in the middle of the night that felt like it was 5 miles long pulling through and you heard the rumble. The passenger trains were not as noisy.
The food at the breakfast buffet was excellent except there didnt appear to be any pancake or waffle options.

Went to a large event that was in one of the large rooms downstairs. The staff working the event (buffet food, cash bar, games) were friendly and professional. Bathrooms were clean and easy to access.

Wonderful tourist attraction next door called "The Ball' which is over 400 ft in the air and rotates. Plus, the hotel staff is great. Large convention type hotel with 1120 rooms, but also great for families. Lot's of beautiful space for weddings as well. The hotel is also just 4 blocks from the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center. There are commuter trains for the city and the Tryniti Rail Express that travels between Dallas and Ft Worth with a convenient stop at the DFW Int'l airport.
commuter trains for easy access to other areas in the mid-cities and directly between Dallas Ft Worth with a direct line to the DFW airport. Two really nice restaurants and a really cool bar.
There's a lot of Dallas history displayed in photo's hanging throughout the entire hotel!
This is a great hotel. One of the best and certainly in the top 5 in their category.

We went for drinks and dessert. We weren't able to make a reservation but got right in. We got chocolate martinis which were very strong and not flavorful. The souffle was awesome but the baked Alaska was difficult to eat. It was hard to cut, and over powered by banana. Needless to say we only stayed for 1 drink.

This Hyatt is awesome! My colleagues and I have stayed here often, and have been very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness and amenities of the rooms, and the variety of food and drink options of its multiple restaurants!

We come here often because they treat us right and that's what matters to people who travel a lot for work. I recommend you stay here as well.

I was here for a conference. All the employees, especially valet were very courteous. The restrooms stayed clean throughout the conference. I'm sure this service extends to the actual hotel.

We had a large event using several halls and conference rooms as well as a large portion of the rooms. The hotel staff and facilities were great even when our group timing was stressing to the staff.

Pretty nice hotel. It's convenient since it's near so much and offers a lot of amenities inside if you don't feel like going out for things; however, you definitely pay a premium and the selection is small. Staff is pretty friendly and rooms are clean. Rooms and bathrooms could be bigger considering the price of rooms.

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The city view is spectacular and modern updates are great. Beds are pretty standard but the feather pillows are top notch. Very stylish and beautiful atrium. Pool, gym, 24 hour market with vegan, non GMO, cage-free, etc items (it is nice to see environmental friendly establishments). Their three restaurants are the on the second floor and just launched yesterday. Kind of spendy bet very good. I highly recommend the steak frites and apple crisp with cinnamon ice cream!! TOP NOTCH service from my waiter, Mukul, at Centennial tonight. My two areas of mild discontent: the area surrounding the hotel makes me uncomfortable and as such, I don't feel safe venturing out at night (not much the hotel can do). Second- the tv guide was not very comprehensive and I really wish there were some more channels. Still 5 stars overall.

A/C didn't ever get room (room #942) below 73 degrees, even after maintenance came and checked. Since only staying for two nights, didn't worry about it. They did provide a box fan for comfort. Other than that, the property was nice and well maintained. Every member of the Hyatt Regency staff was friendly and helpful. Corporate event entertainment qas casino night and have to give a shout out Toby. He made the event really fun!! Would recommend this Hyatt Regency.

It is a nice place but overely expensive. How is it that parking is not free and breakfast not included? If you stay at a cheaper hotel you will get those perks for free, makes no sense to pay more and get less. Otherwise, the place is very clean, the restaurants are good and it is a fun experience.

We recently had an event there, and the hotel staff were more than accommodating. Everything was taken care of and they were professional and extremely friendly. I honestly would recommend this hotel for anything they can do.

Spent a Saturday night at the hotel. Check in was easy. Essentially there is only valet parking which is in and out for 30$ per night. Room was nice. We paid for the nice city view which faces the train tracks so you will get some added noise if you go that route. Ate at both the Italian restaurant and 560 which were both enjoyable yet expensive options. Hotel is not really that close to.many things so you will be stuck there unless you drive or uber away. Really nice staff also...

Really disappointed in the room amenities, room service was terrible. Front desk took off the charge but still was very disappointed. Will probably stay at the Homewood next time. Also, no regency club. Probably worst Hyatt regency I've ever stayed at.

The room rate was fair for the size/decor/location ($174 for a single king size) however there was issues with the bedding and excess charges. The bed was overly firm and uncomfortable. There was no fitted sheet, instead there was simply a sheet over the mattress. Parking will cost a minimum of $19 a day, which was not advertised. The carpets throughout the hotel look as though there was a stream of urine running down the hallway. A very unfortunate design decision. Amenities were very basic. Herman Miller chair was a nice touch.

Fantastic hotel. Attended a conference held here. Food was great, room was clean and well furnished (lacking microwave though) and conference room and service was top notch. Would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.
