Well, were do I start. Dirty sheets, smoke detector not even hooked up or wired in (not working), could here some ppl screaming & talking all the time through the window top, sides & top of the only window @ the top floor facing the city of Dallas, Tx. Train runs all the time even though they sell you ear plugs. Dust all over rooms countertops, no parking lol "no joke" you are charged to your card for coming back & forth from the parking provided or valet crazy driving crew. Nothing w/ in walking distance. Restaurant ok but not if your hungry. Other than that motel 6 have been better experiences for the cost. The idea is cool but that's it just the idea. Well I think there goes the train & elevator again.....

I attended the TBRU event at the Hotel over the past weekend and I must say the hotel is beautiful and the staff are the most friendly and welcoming I have ever encountered. We are (I would imagine) one of the wildest and most colorful crowds they have ever catered to and they took it in stride with humor and graciousness. They even had the lounge staff decked out in bear shirts which I thought was a fantastic touch. Thanks for having us! I will return for the next event and be sure to stay here for any business in Dallas from now on. Perfect location.

Amazing, clean, great! We had 4 rooms/1suite. Very clean and consistent across all the rooms. Awesome views and quick elevators. Valet service was prompt and professional. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of plugs, outlets, lights. Very cool couches and sofas. Great location with easy access.

Definitely NOT 5 Star. Disappointed in the 'Nickle and Diming" on everything (e.g. $2 per extra glass in room). Traffic noise was bothersome when trying to sleep (even on the 22nd floor). Bed was hard. Room was worn with chips in the desk, scuff marks etc. Service was good. Big TV.

I recently stayed at this hotel while in town for a conference (the hotel also hosted the Conference), and my stay from arrival to departure was 5-star. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and professional. My room was comfortable and clean, and I had a magnificent view of the City. I must acknowledge the Concierge crew, particularly Ray, "Spider," and Weston. These gentlemen represent the hotel well and are every reason I would stay at this Hyatt again! It rained for most of my visit, so I was not able to sight-see as I 'd planned. Ray, "Spider," and Weston rolled out the red carpet and gave me a tour of Dallas before I left to return home! I was so grateful! I cannot sing their praises enough! Thank you guys, SO MUCH! My stay in Dallas was brief, but I will remember for a lifetime!

So upon our arrival they explained to me that our room that we had booked had NO BED! Only a fold out couch. They said if we wanted a bed that would be an extra $75.
This place is a BIG SCAM! I will never be back and I will share my negative experience all over social media.

The tower"s GeO deck was a wonderful view of the city skyline, especially at dusk. The staff and concierge were very helpful. And not a single complaint about the room. I'm considering stealing a pillow, They're just perfect.

Was in town for a Harry Potter fan convention, and while the convention got moved to the Kay Bailey Hutchinson center, the hotel got really into the spirit of its guests--custom signs were posted, employees were dressed up some, etc. The room we were in had a wonderful view of the skyline, and the glass elevators looked right up to Reunion Tower (which is attached). The room was spacious (for a hotel), and included a mini fridge, though no microwave. The only real complaint I had about the room was the weird bathroom doors. They were two barn style doors, and they made a lot of noise. The convention center was a bit more of a walk than we would have wanted, but it was easily doable. Hotel staff was helpful in finding our way to the convention center well--they must do that a lot! They also were able to hold onto bags before checking in & after checking out, which was also very nice. Didn't try any of the restaurants, but did enjoy the nice open lobby area. Was nice to socialize with other convention goers there. We had a great experience!

I came to Dallas a couple weekends ago with friends and the Lumen blew us away. Our birthday amenity upon arrival was perfect for us! The room was quite spacious and very clean. The pool area was so nice to relax by and have a few cocktails. The silver artwork/sculptures around the property were a nice touch of humor and happiness. Thanks to the really nice staff for a fun birthday getaway! I'll be back :)

The rooms are ok. Excellent lighting and layout. The big negative is the room is overlooking the lobby, which stays loud until after 1am and is basically just a giant echo chamber. The walls and doors do not block out any sound and the staff make no attempts to keep the lobby at an appropriate volume. I have lost several hours of sleep each night I have stayed here. I guess I am fortunate that this was my worst experience i have had at any hotel I have ever stayed at.

What incredible service. Someone accompanied us to our room and accommodated my boyfriend's suit and our jackets. Our room was very clean and the bathroom had very good light to fix. We went to a party to celebrate the anniversary of my boyfriend's company in the Cloud Nine restaurant. What good food and drinks. I had a lot of fun
